Intex 58167EU Pool School Inflatable Kick Board Float Swimming Aid, 79 x 76 cm

Bought one if these on holiday 2 years ago for my 3 boys to share and it has been their best loved pool/beach toy, so much so that they have to each be allocated time slots to have it! Hence buying 2 more on Amazon this year, one for everyone so no more poolside meltdowns! A great swimming aid, it builds confidence without them even knowing they are practicing their swim legs. The handles make it easy for even small children to hold onto. A great find, loved by our family and durable under the heavy use of our 3.

worked very well in the pool, with and without flippers. also worked well in the sea. if there had have been larger waves we would have really liked to see if it worked as a body board too, which I think it would.One of the great things is the yellow part seems to be double skinned so there are 2 separate valves. I couldn't work out why I couldn't deflate the thing at the end of our holiday and then realised I had to deflate the other valve. I've never seen this quality in an inflatable device.

My 5 year old loves the water but just couldn't kick his legs fast & strong enough to swim unaided for any length. We bought one of these for our week holiday and bingo, after 20 mins most days, he could swim unaided. My 4 year old nephew & 7 yr old loved it too.There are many reasons why kids don't/won't/can't swim but this is great for the legwork and they don't even know that they are doing it.We did have to patch one up pretty soon after buying with the free kit. However, it was fully inflated and left in 36 degree heat, as we all know hot air expands, so almost certainly that wasn't the manufacturer's fault.

Great confidence booster for my non swimmer. Was fantastic to get her into the sea and keep her above the waves. Obviously fun in the pool too. Printed copy on see-through middle section a bit annoying as meant she couldn't look through to see the fish as well.

Would have given 5 stars but the product has been spoilt by placing the safety message so that it covers the whole of the viewing area of the float. This message could have been placed on the coloured side area. This would then not have obstructed the views under the float for fish, coral etc. Apart from that, it is a good strong product.

I have had this for the last 3 years and my son loved this on every holiday. It helped him get confident in the pool and he still used it this year for fun and play even though he can now swim on his own. It allowed us to easily transition from armbands during a period when we wanted him to have a go at swimming but he was still not confident enough in parts of the pool where he could not reach down with his feet. This year he even used it as a surf board on windy days on the beach, letting the waves push him out. Highly recommended!
