The Flowers puzzle is really beautiful, excellent quality and it kept me engrossed for several evenings in a row. I was disappointed when I realised towards completion that there was one piece missing. I was so disappointed that I contacted Cloudberries to let them know. This was on a Sunday and I did not expect a response till some time the following week. However, within the hour I had a response and an offer to send me some replacement pieces. Early the following week a whole new replacement puzzle arrived in the post. I cannot fault the customer service I received from Cloudberries. They were friendly, prompt and professional. The Flowers puzzle is the most enjoyable one I have done for a long time and I will certainly keep it to do again in the future. I couldn’t recommend the puzzle and the company high enough. Brilliant product and service.

Such a beautiful, good quality and pretty challenging puzzle! We’ve somehow managed to lose a piece and the Cloudberries team has been so kind and helpful, and now the missing piece it’s on its way! I definitely recommend buying one of their puzzles and I am planning on ordering more myself. :)

Very high quality, well cut pieces that click together tightly. The image is beautiful, crisply printed and with the perfect level of detail. Challenging without being frustrating. I will be buying more puzzles from this range.

Jigsaw is amazing quality. Both tge colours & quality of the card itself Not complete yet , hoping to frame my hard work once complete. Highly recommended ( not for beginners, though ) 😁

Just completed this puzzle with my daughters. We did the 2000 piece Gradient puzzle recently so were expecting this one to be a lot easier. It was satisfyingly challenging enough and we loved watching the flowers form. The picture is so calming in muted colours and we have let it sit on the coffee table for a while. The pieces aren’t the same waxy texture as the Gradient one but are of good quality and size

I'm very happy with the two Cloudberries jigsaws I have (Red and Celestial). Good quality puzzle pieces that lock closely together. The poster that comes with each puzzle is the size of the puzzle. I had a query recently and contacted Cloudberries and received prompt and helpful assistance. I recommend this company and their puzzles.

Beautiful picture and vibrant colors. Medium level. Roughly 40 hours to put together at a slow pace over 10 days for me. Pieces are quite big but they don't stick together. If you try to move it the puzzle will come apart. Each piece has a unique cut. Not that heavy when finished. Do not use puzzle conserver on it. The quality of the paper is not that good. It actually damaged the pink rose and a few puzzle pieces started to fall apart. I use clear tape on he back. An affordable solution to conserve it and mount it on a wall. The flowers are lovely and overall an enjoyable experience.

Beautiful image that I loved creating , some of the flowers were a challenge but a great sense of achievement on completion . One piece was missing & I received a response within an hour of sending the email , the piece is in its way , thank you cloudberries, I’m looking forward to me my next one .

Ciao. Mi piace molto fare questo puzzle. Prima di tutto; i pezzi si adattano molto bene l'un l'altro. Non troppo largo e non troppo stretto. Le dimensioni sono diverse rispetto ai normali 1000 pezzi di puzzle. Più vicino a una forma quadrata. Sembra più estetico come questo. Inoltre, i colori sono molto belli. Sono un po 'opachi e sembrano molto belli. Nel complesso, non vedo l'ora di vedere la versione finita, sul mio muro.

This puzzle was beautiful! Great fit between pieces. However, this was MISSING A PIECE!! How unsatisfying. Unimpressed!!!
