How am I supposed to mount this if you don’t provide screws to fix it???I have paid £20 for a piece of metal and you didn’t even include a set of 4 screws!I want a refund or a set of screws sent to me, as this item is totally useless if you don’t provide all the pieces to fix it.Waste of time and money.

I like the rail itself, it seems sturdy but it's annoying that it does not come with any fittings - particularly when you're in a rush to put it up to find out that there's no fittings. If you are reading this & are thinking of buying, make sure you have (or buy) the fittings too!

I've ordered two to use in my cloakroom and I didn't have the time to get another one to cut to size etc, so I paid the price, BUT I'm really not happy with the quality. I think it's worth about £5, it's ok ish, but considering the price the quality should have been much better. At least they could have finished the edges on the extendable pole a bit better! It's pretty sharp. They don't even supply decent screws, I suppose they think it will go in a wardrobe, to the wood instead of a stud wall, which in that case the screws would have been ok.

So I got it up my walls are crap but the pole is up fully extended I feel its still strong mine did arrive with screws but would need tweezers to hold come on guys they are far 2 small for the intended purpose I used my own screws the pole its self is great but the brackets are plastic could be 100% better if they was metal like the pole and for the price if they was changed to metal it would be spot on but it is up in my walk in wardrobe I havent used it yet the glue is still drying due to my walls being awkward not to do with the pole in any way

Last time I got a solid pole and it was an absolute pain to cut - hacksaw, multi tool.... in the end a grinder still had trouble. This one - no problem - up in a flash- my one gripe that the screw holes are too close together to fit with the bar up- just fiddly that's all.

I previously ordered from the product and was very happy with the product i decided to order another one.This came on the package and it came broken and pretty useless to me as i wont be able to use it at all I want a new product sent to me asap. I am Not a happy customer right now.

This surprised me, there are so many rails on the market sometimes it is difficult to choose. This rail is SOLID and DEPENDABLE with no rough edges like the cheaper versions. The weight hold is excellent, yes got all my important clothes on there with surety of the weight factor. Excellent product with a rating of 10/10

This doesnt really deserve any star rating tbh. I am shocked 20 odd pound you charge for a flimsy pole, with the attachments being plastic! how stupid is that what sturdiness does a thin bot of plastic have?! none! oh & theres no screws included, what the heck are u charging 20 pound for? looks like it cost you a penny to make!very dissapointed will be requesting a refund for this piece of crap
