Take 2 capsules per 1000mg dose.
Disappointed that these are 500mg capsules instead of 1000mg. The front of the bottle would lead you to believe there are 180 doses, but if you read the back, a 1000mg dose is two capsules. Other than that, the smaller capsules are easier to swallow, and the product quality seems good.

Great Product for My Knee Pain
My knee was swollen and sore for a couple years. My son suggested Tumeric to try. This worked beyond my expectations. Not sure if it works for everyone, but it certainly changed my life.

Good Product
Had run out of Curcumin and now taking this one. The world of vitamins is a confusion on good days, but have noticed my knees are not bothering me as much as prior. Which is a huge plus. I do not take the required dose, keeping my pocketbook in mind and cost, but it is still helping. Onward.
