Excellent service arriving a couple of days after ordered. Great size. Easy to record and play back recording. The sound quality is very good. The information sheet is tiny and images unclear in places. I have little idea of what 'cycle' means etc and am unsure how to file what I have recorded. But I will have to find out by trial and error. So with my knowledge of technology I needed more guidance as explanation.

For the price, you can complain. Yes it has a cheap feel, rubbish microphone and internal speaker but, when you use an external microphone and headphones, the quality is very good.

On arrival the product did not impress but its cheep I guess? I have to say however it looks and feels very cheep. It was purchased to Record my Flying training as I am struggling with ATC cominication. I tested it and it worked ONCE. It was then stored with my Heaset in the Bose Pouch and came out again this week as Flying has started again. Item no longer works. I have tried everything but its just crap. Looking at reviews it seems others have found exactly the same. I have ordered a more expensive recorder now and learnt a lesson.

Great for recording lectures, great battery life, just sometimes a bit dodgy when you switch it on so you need to keep switching it on and off to record

First time you pick it up you think what a load of cheap rubbish. It’s so lightweight and fragile feeling like a small squeeze and it’s gone. Then again why would you want it to be heavy?Does it pick up sound well? Yes.It works with Mac & PC. Yes, it’s works very well with my MacSo simple to use. I sat with the manual and felt somewhat disappointed there wasn’t more to it.

This is simple to use and is amazing value.It records perfectly and plays Wav files, which sound superb.I have 100's of songs stored on this device and have room for 100's more.The battery lasts a long time once it is fully charged. So all - in - all, its complete simplicity has seen me buy 2.Buy one, you won't be disappointed.

The product itself may be good, I don't know. Unfortunately, the manual is just 6 tiny pages of limited content, insufficient to explain how to use the product. Eg, there is a reference to voice actuation, but there are no instructions as to how to turn this on or off. Having spent 15 minutes trying to figure things out, I figured it wasn't worth the effort.

I was so shocked when I first opened it. i thought it was a toy rather than being a recorder machine because of the quality !! i was so disappointed and not happy with the price i have paid
