IMHO This is the best acetaminophen out there. Less is required and it works really quickly.

It works, but why is it so expensive?
There's a lot to like about this. It says that it's free from artificial flavors, dyes, parabens and talc, which is worth the premium if that's important to you. However, for less money, you can get 1000 500mg capsules at your local membership store. One other benefit is that gel caps hold liquid, so it may absorb faster than regular capsules. But I can't get over the price.

Work quickly and good for those sensitive to dyes, parabens
Most of the time, I use regular acetaminophen tablets when I need pain relief. Sometimes, though, I prefer gel caps because they work faster for me. If I have a migraine, I slug some strong coffee and take an aspirin and acetaminophen. These are comparable to other soft gels I've used. At their regular price, I think they're a bit overpriced compared to other brands, but they do offer a "cleaner" pain relief. I realize some people are sensitive to dyes, so these are great for those individuals.

Large Soft Gels
We are very familiar with the Welly brand bandages as they are a favorite in our household. I usually take Acetaminophen caplets or capsules, so I wasn’t really prepared for how large the soft gels were. If you have trouble swallowing large pills, these might not be for you. They did seem to go down fairly easily and I do like that they are Dye and paraben free. As a pain and fever reducer they worked fine. The bottle arrived safely sealed.
