Mamas & Papas Baby Bud Booster Seat & Activity Tray (Lime)

We received this promply and we are very happy with the quality and design. I conducted some research prior to purchase and actually purchased Bumbo which was viewed as a best seller and realized that it was too small and for the price you pay, not worth having only to disgard it after one month. Also, the Bumbo harness seemed too big for the seat itself and seemed it would not even fit an approriately sized baby. We returned it and I resumed my web search and decided on the Mamas & Papas Baby Bud. We were not disappointed. As mentioned the quality of the materials, functionality, and over aethetics are excellent. It is priced on the higher side, but since it can be used from 6 months to 3 years, made it well worth it. Just by the video, you can tell that a significant amount of thought went into the design and functionality, the seat harness was proportioned to the seat and high quality. I'll be watching for other Mamas & Papas products as out little one grows.

We made the right choice in this seat. My three (almost four) month hold loves to sit up and had great neck control. We were looking to get a seat that he could use and after reading reviews for the Bumbo, decided against it. This works for us as it can act as a highchair for when he will start to eat with us at the table and it will grow for him through stages. An added bonus is the Play Tray. Other reviewers stated that it pops off easily but we find this not to be the case at this point. I can pop him into the seat and he will play happily while I cook dinner. The material is very easy to clean and while the green isn't the most attractive, it is gender neutral. The tray is very easy to slide in and out and the straps make it very easy to mount this to a wide variety of dining seats. We could not ask for a better product at this time!

I was a little nervous that this would be too big for my very small 4.5 month old, but it works great. She is not sitting up on her own yet but has good head/neck control. The harness in the seat helps hold her in securely and she can tolerate sitting in it for about 10 minutes. After reading a lot of reviews, I decided to go with this booster over other brands because it works for 6 months through about 3 years, whereas I was afraid she'd grow out of other Bumbo-type chairs within a few months.I'm not always great with putting things together but I figured everything out within minutes without even needing to read the directions. Simple to put together and easy to clean.We have higher bar-type chairs with small seats so I was a little concerned this might be too big (hard to tell from measurement info online) but there is room to spare.As other reviewers have noted, the toy attachment really doesn't stick well, but I don't really care about that as we're using this as a high chair for mealtimes.

I debated for a while whether to go with a high chair or booster seat. After a lot of research into different options, I finally decided to go with this booster seat, and I'm very glad I did. The Baby Bud is light and very easy to set up, making it portable. I like how it will grow with my baby, can can be used at the table or on the floor as a stationary activity seat. The tray is very easy to take on and off, and everything is easy to clean and wipe down. My son immediately had fun playing with the toys on the activity center. It's held on to the tray by suction cups. My only complaint is that the activity center will sometimes come off the tray if he's pulling at the toys too hard. But it's easy to put back on, so not a big deal at the end of the day. Overall, a great buy, well worth the money!

I love this booster seat and my 7 month old does too! We take it in to restaurants and attach it to the chair leave the tray at home, you can just attach the toy part of the tray to the table because it has little suction cups. Keeps the little one occupied while we eat but he still can be up close to the table. I also take it and set it on my picnic mat outside and he loves it. It supports really well, doesn't pinch his legs and has adjustable legs so you can raise the height and also has rubber legs so it does not slip around.

Love this seat for my daughter. The Bumbo has a piece between the child's legs, which eventually became a but snug on my baby, so we switched to this booster seat and could not be happier. I do agree with the other parents with respect to the toy attachment: cute toy, but does not suctions well to the tray, so baby plays with it on the floor.

Love love love it. I could take it anywhere I want and have him by my side. I read some reviews about the toy tray not staying in place but mine does. What I do is I press it down with my thumbs and at the same time squizing the tray with the rest of my fingers.....That works for me. I don't know if I made sence but there U go.

My twin babies love these booster seats and have made good use of the. They are now 14 months old and still use them Had to take the soft liner out so they could fit in them as they are bigger now. Love theses seats. The play table keeps the babies entertained which is a welcome break for me.

An amazing solution to boredom and works brilliantly. Bought while we were traveling and bought it to family for Christmas. As you can see from the picture, she was the center of attention. Grandparents bought a high chair especially for our daughter but it was too big. This was a lifesaver. Made Christmas enjoyable and ended up slung in the car so we could use it at friends who didn't have a high chair.Turns out it was brilliant everywhere we went. Stopped at a pub on route no tables available except long legged chairs and tall tables. Ran out to the car and problem solved. She ate with us. Awesome.Nearly didn't buy the product due to bad reviews. Don't listen to them. The activity center does stick to the table and any surface (you can see in another picture it sticks to her other high chair). Make sure you wet one side (I use a wet wipe on the suction cups) and keep the other surface dry, I find this is the same with any suction cup. I wish I'd known this at first too as my bub did pull it off and whacking her face with it!Another tip - make sure you click in the feet. It took me a while to realise they needed to be clicked in and every time I lifted the seat up, the feet would fall off!Don't bother buying a Bumbo. I only used it twice. This can be used on the floor too.

My son never fit in a bumbo as he had chubby legs, but this design is much more thought out and fits him very well and thankfully will for him for a very long time. Many compliments as its space saving and very comfortable for him. Lovely toy on tray and I was impressed with quality and strong when strapped in place would definitely not move. Recommended for chubby babies, and older babies as there is a soft foamy removable insert that leaves the chair suitable to toddlers

I love these seats as I have twins and didn't have space for 2 high chairs in my kitchen. However, the flower rattle broke on one of them which I was very disappointed about as my babies are only 6 months old and had only been using the seats for a couple weeks. I think the seller should arrange to replace the flower rattle but I am unable to contact them via Amazon. Hopefully they contact me after reading this. I don't want to return the seat and activity tray by post as they are fine, albeit missing the flower. I emailed Mamas & Papas but they said I have to go via Seller who would arrange a replacement so I'm stuck with what I have.

Best thing i ever bought im on my 2nd child and had a high chair for my first and they are a nuisence they take up so much room and even look unsightly in the corner where as this is at the table with you if you wish, your little one gets to watch you eat at the table and feel more involved.. Really highly recommend this A***

We are a little tight on space at hom so this is a great booster seat, so we don't have to have yet another piece of furniture in the dining room. It fits securely into our dining chair, and is light and easy to transport so when we go visiting we can easily take it with us. The toy table is great also, as it gives the seat a dual use, and gives my son more toys!!!
