Can this be used with one hand

Yes the bottle fits into a eye bath shape which goes over the eye, can then open eye and squeeze bottle with one hand. Brilliant invention I've lent mine to several people who've had cataract operations.

Is this any good for people with arthritis who can’t squeeze the bottle ?

Hello this product does require to press so as it will release a few drops, so I don’t think this would work if it’s for someone with arthritis.
