Works well - good choice if you have an aversion to pill forms
This is an excellent product for anyone who has an aversion to pills. I use a few drops in my (herbal) tea in the evening and I do sleep straight through the night.The product works so well that I would advise only using it when you get at least 6 hours of sleep otherwise I believe it would be difficult to wake up. That's not a negative - it's a testament to how WELL this works.The taste is also agreeable.

Works good. More potent, which I like, but I'm not a fan of the berry taste. It reminds me of sucralose or some sugary additive with a heavy ending.

Since it's liquid this product will work quicker.
Take about an hour before bed time. The product works very well.

La melatonina siempre pienso que es mejor en líquida pero creo que la dosis es muy alta y en este suplemento la regla es menos es más 5g o 10 creo que van bien

Buy a different brand
This product is been completely ineffective. I have a bottle of another brand that is 10mg, and took the same amount as the 20mg, and the 10mg was ironically twice as effective. Complete waste of money. I couldnt even tell if this worked at all
