A great two week plan - recommended!!
This is a great two week diet plan to follow. After 2 weeks I lost 6 lbs and feel motivated to continue. This isn’t a diet that completely deprives you of all food. Yes you replace 2 meals with shakes but you can snack on nuts, cheese, healthy snack bars (I recommend Nakd bars for that!) and fruit. Dinners need to be high protein but low carb. I replaced rice with cauliflower rice, and pasta with courgetti. One of the biggest pluses is still being able to eat dinner with my partner. We ate the same protein rich food, he just didn’t cut out the carbs. If you’re a wine drinker they also say a small glass is allowed every couple of days. As a tea drinker I was happy I was still allowed my usual 3 cups a day - no diet is worth losing my tea!In terms of taste, all the shakes are pretty nice. The banana ones, as with all banana products, are very artificial tasting but the rest are good. The shakes are also nice and thick even though you only use water. I’d recommend purchasing a second shaker so you have one for breakfast and one for lunch (and you then only have to wash up once a day!). The celebrity slim shaker was very difficult to open to drink from so be prepared for a bit of a splattering when you do manage to prize it open!!As a long term diet solution, I don’t think celebrity slim is a great option. There is far too much sugar in each shake so if, after two weeks, you do feel inspired to continue research lower sugar shakes (I’m now on USN shakes - not as tasty but 2.6g sugar per shake vs 26g of sugar on celebrity slim!!) However for a 2 week plan, this box has absolutely everything you need.My last bit of advice - drink plenty of water or flavoured water. Sometimes I felt hungry but I was just not drinking enough. Plenty of people have said that before and I never believed it. But it’s absolutely true!Good luck on your diet!

Definitely recommend
I love this celebrity slim programme have bin on ot for a week and and iv lost 6st its amazing wat u can do if u put ur mind to it and stick to the shakes /smoothie. I have got the soups as well the spring onion one is so vile so just a heds up on that. The snack bars r so nice and I would say there more of a treat than a snack

Wouldn't use it again!
The taste of the flavours weren't bad but I had to give up on using it as I found it upset my stomach. I lasted about 3 days and then had to stop using it. Obviously this may not happen to everyone but this is what I found. Going to give away the rest of the box.

Very happy so far
Loving this so far, all the shakes are so tasty and I like that you only have to add water, unlike other diet shakes where you add milk. I haven’t felt hungry as I find the shakes to be filling. Would definitely recommend.

Works a treat lost 8 pounds in two weeks and went on holiday to put them back on but hey ho better than not losing and then putting on 😅
