Game-Changer for Better Sleep!
I was skeptical at first, but these sleep strips have completely transformed my nights! The adhesive is gentle yet secure, staying in place all night without irritating my skin. Terrible
After 30 seconds of use peeling off and not useful at all. Definitely not worth ordering even as a last resort

No good if your nose gets a bit blocked
Contrary to previous reviews these stuck almost too well. I didn’t much like not being able to open my mouth. Whilst still trying to get off to sleep, my husband called me from outside the room. I was obviously unable to answer, but disconcertingly struggled to remove the tape. I consider this to be dangerous in case, for example of medical need, should my nose suddenly become blocked. The tiny gap in the tape is not sufficient to get much air through.

What a find!
Sadly I suffered from Bells Palsy 4 years ago and whilst the doctor caught it in time my mouth has subtly lost some of its muscle tone which is not obvious to the naked eye but does cause me to drool at night times. These strips have solved the problem and I can now sleep without any disturbance. They stick very well and are perfectly comfortable. I also understand they are better for your health than mouth breathing and are used by celebrities to improve their looks! What’s not to like!! Worth every penny so I have bought 10 boxes!

Useless, don’t actually stick. Given up & ordered a different brand.

Mouth breathers
I’ve slept with my mouth open for all my life. However, this has changed the game definitely helps me breathe and sleep with my mouth closed. It’s also very comfortable and stays on all night even with skincare on definitely worth the purchase.
