Moosehead Gritty Styling Clay 100g

Arrived in good time, and the product itself is great. I’d prefer if it was a tad less greasy but overall, it’s good hair wax and with a very good hold.

This clay contains pumice and beeswax and has a strong hold with a matte and slightly waxy finish.The fragrance is pleasant and neutral (neither too sweet or musky), lasting for quite a while.I read some reviews bemoaning the grains in this clay, but I actually like the chunky texture they create in the hair as it makes it look fuller in my opinion. Even using this to style my beard, it doesn't leave the hair feeling sticky or gooey after a few hours, like some competitors products do.A little goes a long way, this 100g lasts at least 12 months after opening before degrading too.I would definitely recommend and purchase this product again; I have found my new everyday clay.

I swear by using this it's the only product I will put in my hair it smells amazing, my hair never looks greasy, its textured makes my hair look nice and thick. Long lasting not only in your hair but as you can see in the photo the plastic actually fades before you run out great value for money.

I love this stuff, I just wish they’d make one identical to this but WITHOUT the grit!! Some bits of grit are so big it looks like you’ve got sand in your hair. Yeah you can pick them out but it’s a hassle. Either remove the grit or make it crumble into micro grit.The actual clay texture is excellent and exactly what I wanted: not too sticky, not too thick, spreads real even and smells great.

I have fine thin hair and tried this when staying at a friend's house (it was her husbands) I would never have bought it, so delighted with the result I got straight on to Amazon and bought myself a tub - not greasy and as I said adds volume to my fine, thin hair. You only need a little bit - would highly recommend.

Being using Matt Clay for years and years! I switched to this one recently as previous product started to make my scalp sore. This however is better for hold, lovely coconut smell and easier to apply - love it!!
