Works well.
Works well and is easy to build. Amplitude can be adjusted but frequency can't. The frequency of all 4 outputs is 1 kHz. My scope shows perfect wave-forms for all the outputs except the triangle which looks more like a distorted sine wave (see attached photo). As with all Velleman kits, the instructions are superb.

Great little kit
Built this in an evening and it works brilliantly. The sine wave on a scope is pretty pure and the frequency is 1kHz as stated on the package. All components were provided and the documents well laid out. I intend to develop this kit by building it into a box and replacing the waveform selector jumpers and level pot with a multi position switch and remote pot so it can be used as a very basic and handy signal generator in my toolbox with the output taken to a BNC connector. Nice little kit.

Simple to build, a very useful bit of electronic test gear.
Couldn't find a ready made, basic signal injector anywhere, so thought I'd get this.Very easy to build and when completed, allowed me to fault find an old Pioneer amp and get it up and running again, so I'm well happy with it's abilities and usefulness.

Poor quality
Poor build quality coupled with poor design. The sine wave output had high distortion until the device physically disintegrated. I wouldn't recommend this.

It works
Made the kit as part of my Intermediate amateur radio exam. It worked perfectly when being checked on an oscilloscope by an examiner.Component quality good.It will not work if not assembled properly.
