I've been using this product now for several years. And typically in the past anyway my hair would get used to the product and it wouldn't be as effective but I am not noticing that with this. My hair is so soft and shiny.

If you’re looking for a rich lather this is not for you. It’s a low residue shampoo without all the stripping ingredients in other brands. It’s mild and gentle enough to use a few times a week. Combined with their conditioner your hair will be smooth to comb through after use. It’s a good value for what it is. No strong perfume scent.

Difficult to spread
I bought the shampoo because I tried before the conditioner which I liked. The shampoo has a weird rough sensation while using. Very hard to penetrate and get it to the scalp. Needs continuous water for the shampoo to pass through and actually being able to scrub your scalp. I need to do 3 rounds of shampoo for feeling it clean. After the conditioner, hair feels soft but still needs a leave-on.

It's a low lather and gentle cleaning shampoo
Ignore what one star reviews of folks that think that bubbles are proportional to cleaning. Sure this won't remove tar from your hair but it does clean acceptably and gently enough that you can use it on anything.

Fantastic product
Absolutely brilliant product. Leaves my hair soft and healthy looking. Large bottle a bonus. Lasts me a month plus with 3 to 4 washes a week. Highly recommend

Received damaged
Really disappointed with this product. Just opened the box and the shampoo spout was open, shampoo was all down the outside and leaked from the bottle. Lost some of the product and made one hell of a mess. Won’t be purchasing this again if this is how shipping is going to be, especially for the price of the product.
