Q: How long do we need to use it?

I used just one case of the 12 week ampules and haven't needed to since. Date that back to my review. I say start with one and see what results you get. Btw: Use the foricea (?) shampoo - same brand and has little beads in it. Used that for a few months straight and it helps as well. I haven't used the brand for a couple months now. I'll go back after a few months of my regular Moroccan Oil as its good to switch it up. RF is a great find!

Q: Can I use it on my cat

You can get a product designed to cats. Desheding product works on them.

Q: Can anyone tell me how to apply it? No instructions. I saw a You Tube demo, but...do you just squirt it on your scalp, then massage it in?

You crack off top of glass ampule, slip the soft plastic applicator tip over it, then gently squeeze the applicator tip as you apply these drops to areas of concern. Use the entire ampule evenly until it is gone. It is soaks right. It is like essential oils. No need to massage it in. I even find my hair has more body after the next shampoo so it helps short term as well. Check into taking Vitamin D as most people are deficienct and my doctor recommended 10,000 IU. You can google connection between vitamin D deficiency and hair loss.
