99.9% of goods I get from Amazon are excellent &just what I ordered ' thanks totally your workers' including the delivery people.

Have been buying these for over 3.5years, over 16 purchases, always impressed by the quality, folded properly, always pressed, always neat. Ordered three packs, one for a gift and two for me. Looks like just came out of the washing machine ! Not even folded evenly, certainly not been any where near an iron or steam press, creases all over them, dirty marks, look like second hand. Thin, not the quality of cotton stated, patterns don’t even match. Appear to come from other packaging as full of other folds.No, this is not an unfair review, it’s to make the company wake up, and not take customers for granted.Only found out how bad they were after partner had removed from packaging. Not worth the hassle of sending back. Just leave an honest review of what they have sent and never ever buy again from this company.As a long term customer, to be sent sub standard goods really makes you wonder if previous loyalty was worth it, not the cheapest on the market.Having left this comment, the company have made no attempt to contact & rectify, I think this tells you a lot about their customer service, buyer beware, you don’t get what is advertised. They know they sent sub standard goods, but no contact, apology or offer of replacement, they don’t deserve good seller review.

I received the parcel on time however I was very disappointed when I opened the packet. The material is soft, not sure if it is 100 percent cotton or not, none of the hankies are square and the stitching on the edges is not finished properly with loose threads just cut off. Unfortunately I needed some hankies urgently for a funeral so these have been washed or I would have sent them back.

They are hankies, what more is there to say! Only supply a dozen though, not a bakers dozen, but not a deal breaker, guess seller doesn't know what a bakers dozen is, but it looked great to suggest as part of sales blurb.

Tired of paper hankies all the time.
