We brought this item because our new table and chairs cover was sitting with very heavy water onIt does work to a degree but the table still holds water in the dipsMaybe use on smaller round table ours is oval and 8 seater do not recommend for that size

It is a simple tube with a small plastic rounded cap on the end (so your cover isn't sitting on a sharp point and rips). The base is made of two metal feet, one is inserted in the base first, then the other 'over the top' of the first one. This means that they aren't level and therefore the pole rocks on the feet slightly. It just means it isn't super-stable and can blow over in high winds... but maybe it would anyway. Wondering if I should have just bought a wooden broom pole and stuck that in the middle of the table (since I have a hole anyway). This however, would be needed if you don't have a hole in your table. I does the trick - guess I hadn't thought much about how it would be constructed and wasn't expecting it to fit like it does (with it rocking).

I bought a whole set of COVERS for my garden furniture. They arrived quickly and looked great. However, almost immediately the eyelets started popping out where the bungy attached the cover to the furniture to stop it blowing away. This means the holes are now liable to ripping as there is nothing protecting the cloth. I have emailed the company but have had not a single reply. These are very expensive items which I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Customer service is poor and the product not of good enough quality. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Nice idea but in practice doesn't always work as it is not strong enough so water still gathers and it ends up falling over in heavy rain. Need to ensure cover is plenty big enough to pull down properly. Would benefit from being much stronger and taller.

Bought to go with a new cover......it stops huge puddles gathering on the cover top. Simple, yet very effective....wish I had bought ages ago....

I’m not sure what the purpose of this is as it’s too flimsy and toppled in the wind.

Schwache Qualität ! Ist leider klein und nur zu Verwenden wenn es auf einem Tisch steht. Fällt dann aber durch den Druck der Abdeckhaube um. Stellt man es auf die Polster hat man durch die kleinen "spitzen" Füße Dauerabdrücke !
