cheaper types available... but I remembered How much I liked this one and felt better using it. So started using it again and definitely glad I did. Good product. When I first tried it - I had been having regular migraines. They stopped - I had been using the Vertese about 2 weeks and then I realised I hadn't had one since I had been taking these.

I take these as a daily supplement and remain vertical with Vertsese(!) Not too large so easy to swallow

I honestly have no idea if these have made any difference,take them for peace of mind.They are a descent size to swallow and a good price.

As I'm vegetarian i don't want to take cod liver oil.

Starting these as newly vegan, so 3 months to test the waters!
