If you are looking for a device to practice inhaling deeply, this is a good item. It arrived promptly, well packaged and worked as it should. There are many reviews associated with this device that talk about it not working or only working upside down. I would be pretty sure that these people are trying to blow into (exhale) into the device which is not what it is for. The purpose of this device is to encourage deep breaths IN.

Its made of really sturdy material and while it took a few goes to operate it properly, which I expected, I am very pleased with it and obviously the full benefit can only be achieved with daily use so I know I have to be disciplined (for a change) within a week of using it everyday I do feel a bit of improvement in my lung capacity already.

I bought this for my husband. His breathing is not good and he is undergoing tests. He holds his breath a lot without realising it. Since buying this a couple of days ago his breathing has st arted to improve.

This product arrived with a piece loose and did not work. I discovered that the part needed to be fitted at the bottom of the section where the breathing tube is attached. It was fiddly to get into place but once done the device seems to work well

Not very happy with the product. I have COPD so thought it might make my puff stronger!! My husband who is perfectly healthy could not make the balls move in any of the departments. We put it upside down and two of the balls did rise to the top. the 3rd never moved?? I cannot believe anybody could make the 3 balls move?? Very disappointed with this product.

My Doctor recommended this to help with my breathing while having covid, it's helping with my breathing a lot and would recommend.

Packaging was ripped and torn. Looked like a return but all seemed clean and it works as good as my lungs do I guess .
