I purchased a pair of Senner Strong Pro, (and a pair of Senner Music Pro) ear plugs to use at work. My job as a diesel mechanic exposes me to loud noise for 50% of my working day. I purchased to two different strength ear plugs so that I can use the strong protection when working close to running engines and the lighter protection to protect against the loud ambient noise.We are provided with foam ear plugs an quality ear defenders at work.The ear plugs were shipped and arrived very quickly. I tried the two pairs at home and they both are easy to fit and seem to isolate a lot of noise.First impressions, once fitted into my ears the Senner Strong Pro ear plugs are difficult to remove again, the small stub is difficult to get a hold of to pull the ear plugs out again.Using the ear plugs at work, they are great. They cut out the loud and bass sounds but let an amount of sound through.Ideal for what I require.I would suggest an option of a lanyard to connect the two ear plugs together, easier to remove and avoid loosing one of the pair

I got these after seeing a pair by another brand my friend has. I like that they are small and fit in my tiny ear canal. I struggle with earplugs for this reason. They even stayed in when I slept! I wore these regularly for 5 days while working at a music festival. It's impossible to get breaks from loud music so these really saved me. They turn the volume down and make everything bearable. I didn't get any tinnitus on any day which has been a constant side effect of working at festivals for years. The carry case is really handy as well. Keeps them clean and easy to take around with you.

these are a revelation to me. I was using the soft foam disposable type but thought I would give these a try despite being a tad expensive and, they are brilliant. I use them to cancel out the wind noise on my motorcycle and they do this superbly without the complete isolation experienced with the foam ones. I like it quiet and these do that but it is more like turning the volume down on the world by about 70%. You can still hear things like cars and sirens but in a much more relaxed way.You do need to experiment with putting them in properly. They need to go in deeply and get a good seal to get good sound deadening. And surprisingly I found I need to push them upwards in my ear canals to seal well and be comfortable. Now I've got the hang of it they are as comfortable as the foam ones and wind noise is much subdued and sounds like it's coming from far away.I liked them so much I decided to try the music pro soft as well. These are just as good. They fit far into the ear so absolutely no discomfort under a helmet. They don't block as much sound but do block wind noise sufficiently to make relaxed riding. Now, interestingly, I have found that if I remove the blue filter the plugs fit nicely on my Sennheiser in ear headphones! I have tried them at home and the isolation is good and the sound good but not tried them on the bike yet. Will add a comment here when I have.I would love to try the music pro one's as well but that would be nearly £60 spent on ear plugs and I really can't afford it particularly as it's nearly Christmas! Maybe next year.

Fantastic product and just what I’ve been looking for. I have suffered from Tinnitus for 10 years and never really found suitable ear plugs that didn’t mask the noise completely. I have already used these a few times. I can have the confidence of being able to hear enough without worrying about further damaging my hearing. Well worth the money. The product fits comfortably inside your ear, very inconspicuous, so they are almost completely invisible, which gives you confidence when you’re out in big noisy crowds.

These are ok. That’s it. I am a drummer and require a earplug that you can wear comfortably for 8 hours or more. These are a little hard compared to some plugs so if you’re wearing them for 4+ hours they make your ears sore.They stop high frequencies mote than low so the top end is gone while the bass stays a bit too loud.The pot is nice and small but I still wouldn’t buy these again

First pair of "proper" earplugs and wore them to a concert on the day of delivery. They fit my ears well (on the smaller size) and they were easy to remove and insert. It took a few adjustments to make the fit comfortable, but they did the job well and I was able to enjoy the gig without any discomfort from the brute force of the noise around me. I have tinnitus and after the gig, my ears were not ringing!I can't speak much in terms of some frequences being blocked out more than others, but I was mostly able to hear all the instruments being played on stage. It all varies really depending on whatever mixing was being used at the time.The keychain attachment for the case is really useful, though the case is a bit fat. I have seen other products from Senner with longer, slimmer cases and I would prefer these, though that's just personal taste.I was a bit loathe to spend more on earplugs than what you normally do for cheap foam ones, but I'm happy to have invested in a pair. Should I need a replacement in the future I will definitely be looking at Senner products again!

Perfect product, purchased to drown out the noise at work, in particular one moron who believes that everyone wants to hear his rabid opinionated rants and radio at full blast all day long. As strangling him was not really an option settled for exclusion instead. These really do the trick, no more feeling like I need to succumb to a dram or two to numb my brain to put up with the idiot. Should be prescribed on the NHS! Very comfortable to wear and nice storage case for them too. Just need to win the lottery now to restore my equilibrium and say bye bye to the dungeon...

Very pleased with this product. Tried them out by going to see Mick and the boys at Old Trafford. Sound was perfectly clear and no ringing in the ears afterwards. Great!

It would have been nice to come with a cord so you don't drop them. Offers decent ear protection for rehearsal with a band.

Use it when i go to the nightclub and its great because it blocks out the noise but you can still enjoy the music and no need to worry about having to take it out to talk to...
