Working Well
I've taken another brand for the past year but decided to try a change and picked these because they also contain FOS which is essential. After over a week of taking them everything seems fine, I'm just the same as with the other brand so I am very happy with them, I like the slim packaging which takes up less room, although the tablets themselves are rather large, and the price was very good too, cheaper in fact than others. No reason not to recommend these Probiotics they seems to be doing the same job as other brands do, and I would know because I have more than one digestive disorder in my stomach and bowel so I need them on both counts and was advised to take them by a specialist.

Contains Maltodextrin!!
Beware! Contains Maltodextrin. Unfortunately this isn't stated anywhere on the Amazon listing. Maltodextrin is a cheap filler derived from starch. It has a higher glycaemic index than sugar (sucrose) and will feed the 'bad' bacteria in your gut, such as candida. Obviously this makes the probiotic potentially useless.
