I was losing the battle, these have changed the game!
Update 1 month later - no gnats and healthy growth! See picture belowI almost lost the battle with gnats! Every time I watered my plant, a cloud of gnats flew from the soil. These work very well and are so so sticky !There are lots in a pack which make it great value for money. There is a peel off backing on both sides. Easy to place into the soil and has done a great job at catching gnats. After a week of use, I’ve used 3 and less and less have appeared each day. I think I’m finally getting on top of it.One thing to note, this catches the adult gnats or bugs, and don’t do anything for the eggs in the soil. These just interrupts the life cycle by preventing more gnats laying eggs. The design is lovely, and not an eyesore - size is appropriate too for indoor plants. If you’re on the fence, I would say these are a plant lifesaver for any bugs.

Small but effective
Great item. Easily hidden due to size and replaced. Strong glue. Very reasonably priced.

Keeps caught fliers stuck
'Fliers' tend to stay stuck on the trap/s, in my experience so far. However, any eggs in the soil or compost will need dealing with by separate means, e.g. food-grade diatomaceous earth (n.b. loses effectiveness when wet, so we water the indoor plants via the base tray and deny any emergent pests any moisture at the top).ooOooMeasuring around 11 cm (tallest) x 6 cm (widest), these odourless sticky 'Fungus Gnat' traps are smaller than I have had in the past, so are less noticeable dotted around but are just as sticky to catch and keep the fliers.Full instructions are included with the product and are currently in the product detail/stock images above. Speaking from experience, I would recommend first positioning the bright yellow flower-shaped trap by pushing the ‘stem’ into the soil or compost then peeling away the sticker either side of the ‘head’. Otherwise they stick to anything, including fingers!IMO, a good price for this sort of product at the time of order for a 12.5 cm x 7 cm x 1.5 cm cardboard pack of 10 that is easy to store for another day (hopefully not!).~ ‘These traps last for up to 3 months and are made of 100% recycled plastic.’

They work!
These fly catchers work well, are easy to pop into the soil/pots and there is no odour. Caught many flies within the first hour of using! Excellent communication with the seller too. Would highly recommend

Don’t bother - totally useless waste of time and money
Completely ineffective, do not waste your money. I have a gnat problem in my kitchen, and I tried placing one of these next to another trap I use, which is just apple cider vinegar in a dish. This dish attracts a lot, A LOT of gnats, who sit on the edge. I placed one of these yellow traps next to the dish to double my chances, and seeing as lots of gnats have flown past it, not a single one was attracted by its “yellow”ness, nor was it caught.

They have lost their strong stickiness!
I have bought these in the past and they have worked really well but the last batch were not sticky enough and watched gnats walk across them, I sent a message, great customer service and they sent another batch but still had the same problem. They used to be so sticky it was hard to put them in the pot. It’s a shame as won’t buy again

They Really Work
I have bought these in lits of shapes and sizes, and these flowery ones are the easiest for removing the wrapping. They immediately attract so many flies, so having replacements is important. These are super simple to stand in a pot, are sturdy, and work/fit all sizes of pots.Beware that our cat has gotten these stuck to her fur, but they do remove easily. :)
