A beautiful faucet that looks good with our countertops
The media could not be loaded. We purchased this faucet from Amazon to be installed with our new granite countertops. I was a little concerned that it might look too large, but I needn't have worried, it looks great. I like the brushed stainless steel finish which plays off the colors in our countertops. This is the first faucet I've had with a pull-out sprayer and I'm very happy with it. It pulls out about 2 feet and has a button on it that changes the stream to a spray and if you push it in the other direction, it turns it off. This is nice when you're filling a pot or doing something else where you don't want to reach back to the handle or just need to turn it off temporarily. The sprayer goes back in on its own if you leave it dangling. It sort of snaps back into place. I like that feature since my hands are often full when preparing a meal or cleaning up. I'm posting a quick video so you can see it.There are two things that I wish were different about this faucet. I wish the curve in the neck of it made it reach further forward. It's a little bit close to the back of the sink and it's easy to splash water on the countertop with our under mounted sink. The other thing that would be nice is if, when I pushed the button to change to a spray and then turned it off at the handle, that when I turned it back on it would come on in the spray mode rather than changing back to the full stream. These things aren't deal breakers though and I would probably buy the faucet again because I really like the way it looks. This faucet can be mounted with the handle on either the right or left side. (Or even in the back or front.) I had originally wanted it installed on the left since I am right handed and 9 times out of 10 I have something in my right hand that I want to wash or fill. So with the handle on the right side I have to reach under the faucet with my left hand to turn on the water. The guy installing the faucet talked me into putting it on the right "because everyone puts them on the right." I should have stood my ground and put it on the left. The faucet can be changed easily enough, but the position of the drilled hole in the countertop, with a double sink of different sizes would make it look a little unbalanced to change it now. So before installing this faucet, give the handle placement some thought and then don't let anyone talk you out of it! Because the faucet sits pretty high it isn't that big of a deal to reach, but still...The soap dispenser you see in the video is this one: Moen 3942Csl Soap/Lotion Dispensers, Classic Stainless

Overall works great, couple of minor things I'd change
I bought this to replace the kitchen faucet that predates our ownership of the house, which had started to leak all over the counter every time it was used. Purchased on a Monday morning, the 2-day shipping estimate (Amazon Prime) was for Friday because of a possible "1 to 2 days for processing". The faucet arrived on Tuesday, beating Amazon's own best-case scenario!Removal of the old faucet was the real nightmare, but once done, the install of this faucet was surprisingly simple. They even include a tool that allows you to easily tighten the nut that holds it down without struggling with a wrench in that really cramped space. Much of the time savings was probably due to that tool. I don't care much for the fact that the nut is plastic though - I would have preferred something metal. The faucet is reasonably solid on the sink after tightening the nut down, but it's also not that difficult to grab the base and forcibly move it. I'll probably have to go back under the sink and try to tighten the nut a little more.Other than the plastic nut, the only other thing that bothers me a little is that the removable faucet head is plastic while everything else is metal. I suppose this may be for weight purposes - a heavier faucet head may not return back as easily. At any rate, I liked it enough to splurge a little more and purchase the Moen 77200CSL AquaSuite Filtering Kitchen Faucet for the port left open by the old faucet's sprayer. They look great together, and both were installed with zero additional required parts -- only what was supplied in the box.

Nice faucet, but installation was... annoying
I had to replace my last Moen kitchen faucet because the o-rings were leaking and I could no longer get it apart to replace them. This new faucet had considerably fewer parts to install -- 14 parts altogether, including gaskets. This is a reduction by at least half from the number of parts in my old faucet.Moen has obviously put some thought into simplifying the installation. But that made it all the more annoying when I got to the step where I attach the faucet to the water supply and discovered that Moen was using a smaller, non-standard size for the hose attachments. This required a trip to the hardware store for a 3/8-inch male to 1/2-inch female adapter. When I asked for help at the store and described the problem, the person helping me immediately asked, "Is the faucet a Moen?" Huh, I guess this is a common problem. Of course, after I got back, then I discovered that the 1/2-inch attachment on the adapter was not a compression fitting, so I had to go back and buy rubber gaskets. All in all, I appreciated the simplification, but it would have helped if Moen had supplied the adapter, or at least mentioned that one might be necessary in their installation instructions.
