Fantastic value, works perfectly. Works well in Windows 10, see comments about installing and WiFi hotspot.
This is an amazing deal - a laser printer for less than £30, including a cartridge! One of my three cartridges in my HP Photosmart printer costs nearly twice as much and only prints about 400 sheets, so this is a no-brainer.The printer produces great quality prints, and is very fast. I am using it with WiFi, and it connects reliably to my three Windows 10 computers. I keep the printer on 24/7 so I can print immediately at any time - and it just works. The networking is stable and Windows 10 works reliably with it - even printing emails.A very neat extra feature is the WiFi Hotspot - this is in addition to the WiFi networking feature. It is intended for temporary connection to mobile devices and sets up a new IP address pool of 192.168.223.1. Although it is very useful, be aware that the WiFi hotspot may be on the same channel as your WiFi network. Its worth checking because if it is, it will reduce the WiFi Link Score of your network which could reduce your network's coverage. Its easy to switch off the hotspot (and still leave the WiFi network connection active). Just connect to the printer, then login using the default login of admin and 000000, then go to Wireless Settings and turn off the hotspot. All your hotspot settings are stored so you can turn it on again anytime in the future. When I checked this it, I found the WiFi hotspot decreased my WiFi link score by about 15%, meaning my WiFi network coverage was impaired. I didn't need the hotspot, so turning it off was a good solution.Mechanically, the exterior construction looks a little flimsy at first sight (but at this price, what do you expect), but the paper handling mechanism is solidly made and precise. I've had two HP Laserjet printers in the past at over £1000 each whose paper handling didn't work as well as this machine! I even had a piece of foam rubber drawn into the mechanism, jamming the machine. I feared the worst, but removed it and the printer still works perfectly.I'm delighted with the purchase. Just a couple of really minor issues:1. The installation on Windows 10 is not straightforward. You must install the CD first, but although it says "Installation Complete", it won't print. You need to go into Settings (from the Windows taskbar icon), select Devices, then select Add Printer or Scanner. Let it find the printer and it will install another instance called Pantum-973890 (P2200W series). Go down to the list of Printers and remove the original version installed from the CD. Then it works perfectly.2. Very minor! There are several sticky labels all over the machine which detracts from its appearance. Unfortunately the labels are very tacky! You need alcohol to remove the sticky residue - but its worth it!Overall highly recommended. Its now August 2017 and I'm adding a footnote. This printer has continued to be incredibly reliable with outstanding performance. It sits side by side with my HP Photosmart colour printer, doing all the high-volume work while the HP takes a rest. This is a really superb quality, ultra reliable compact printer and is fantastic value for money. I've now ordered two more laser cartridges which arrived very quickly. Installing new cartridges is a 30 second job - very clean and easy. Outstanding value and quality.

Fantastic piece of equipment!
First off I would like to say this is the second attempt of ordering a PANTUM printer. I initially purchased the higher model with scanning capability however after a short wait for delivery the PATUM P3010DW was delivered. This had to be sent back as Amazon were unable to part refund.PANTUM P3010DW:- The P3010DW has to be one of the simplest hardware and software to configure. OK so I am a long time IT consultant, however to make this review fare I am installing as a standard user with zero to little IT knowledge.Unboxing:- The printer is very well packaged and will take even the most angry delivery mans handling so 10/10 there.Installation:- Standard blue tape identifiers for you to rip off, also a well laid out How-2-Guide provided. 10/10Additional Accessories:- Power Cable & USB lead. It's been a long time since a USB lead was included in any printer I have installed. Quick guides which are very well written. 10/10Power On & Connection:- USB to USB simple, power cable in and power on. Setup was so so simple. I did download the latest software and drivers which did take a while due there slow internet. Software install gave me 3 options. USB, Wired (Network) & Wifi. I chose USB to start, one click and it was done, simple as that. Then I did the WIFI, one click and it was done. Man this is so simple. There is a WPS setup or manual but hey I'm a non it user so didn't bother with this. 10/10Print Quality:- 10/10Unexpected Additional:- OK so looking at the reviews people are saying that the printer is manual duplex. This confused me as the model is DW so Duplex & Network and I can confirm the printer is fully automatic duplexing. 10/10Additional Info:- I took a look around the software interface and found it very easy to navigate and some good settings which are very rarely found on sub £100 printers. I loved the low paper, low toner, paper jam email options. Also here you can configure all the static IP's including V4 & V6 options. I choose to reserve the IP on my MESH WIFI system. 10/10Rounding up my thoughts. Fantastic price and truly a great little printer. The toner that it comes with will run out sooner than the replacement you will buy due to it being a reduced pages version. I have ordered a new toner so will let you know the speed on this.If your looking at ordering I would defiantly give this a look.Happy to answer any questions.

Compact laser printer at a good price but not great quality of printing
I was pleased to find a laser printer at this price. I always used laser printers at work but had ink jet printers at home mainly due to the price difference. This is a neat, compact printer ideal for use at home, especially if space is at a premium. However as can be seen from the photograph, the paper drawer protrudes from the printer so this takes up some room. It is very much a basic printer, printing only in black and not having the facility to either photocopy or scan (my previous printer was an all-in one). If this is what you are looking for then this printer would be ideal. I didn't find the installation instructions provided to be very clear. There were no written instructions, just a series of diagrams with arrows which personally I didn't like. I had problems at first with the installation cd. When I inserted it in my laptop there was a whirring sound then nothing. This happened about 6 times then finally it worked. However, I am still using the printer with a USB cable and not a WIFI connection as again there were no instructions. However, this is probably my fault and I am not bothered enough to resolve this. One thing I am not overly impressed with is the quality of printing which is quite faint (although still legible). I am still using the ink which came with the printer but given the price of a replacement ink cartridge I would have expected much better quality.
