Waste of plastic
The product is okay, probably, how do you really know if it works at all? It's just trust, right. What threw me off is the packaging. As you can see on the photos, it's a good size packaging, right, nothing is wrong. But once you open it, you discover its 90% empty because the pulls are so small! My question is why did you guys waste so much plastic for nothing?Don't really appreciate that attitude...

This Valupak saved me over £8 per pack!
I bought these purely based on the low price, I take quite a few different vitamins and supplements and there is no difference in the benefits of this V Valupak Vit B Complex - 60 tablets, 1 each day (2 months supply), than far more expensive types of Vit B Complex - 30 tablets, 2 or 3 each day (15 or 10 days supply).Highly recommend

Wonder Pill at very Low Price
I started buying these on a recommendation as I sufffer from Fibromyalgia and neuropathy Since taking them I am now on my 4 th tub I am less fatigued can cope better with the muscle aches and the burning pain of the nerve damaged caused by an incompetent doctor not watching what he was doing whilst conducting a spinal procedure for painI ended up having an operation as an emergency and although I received a lot of compensation I only wanted the pain doctor not to do this stupid incorrect procedure without due careSeveral of us had suffered problemsI attended The Pain Clubic in Bristol but the medication given made no differenceBut like I said someone said why not try a vitamin B complexI would have been prepared to buy a more expensive product although identical ingredients so I thought they won’t work. Ithing else had over 9 years of chronic painAfter the first tub taking one per day I had more energy after second the burning pain felt a lot easier and during lockdown my husband asked if he should try taking them for restless leg syndrome which he has had for many yearsWe are now on the 4th tub together one tablet each plus the Government vitamin D product that came because I was I. The list of clinically vulnerableI am about to forward a recommend to my Father in Law aged 99 years and my Mother in Law who has no energy is listless and confused she is about to start her 4th session of chemo and because she is eating so little needs vitamins and as pensioners needs to be careful to watch the pennies l really pray that these amazing little tablets if her cancer consultant agrees she can take them will agree they are safe for her to takeI hate seeing her so quiet and unable to even help her and my dear Father in Law regain some energy and help with pain controlAt 99pence I hope the consultant agrees to her trying themI have had no side effects nor has my husband but you need patience it dissent happen overnightThank you

Weird taste but cearable
These have a weird taste like Antibiotics but always told if they taste bad then they are good for you. Had weird pee when i started taking these but i think that has now gone. This is normal with vitamin B complex so not a worry. Very good price and the amount you get for that price. Big tub though but who cares!? Will buy again when required, Working? Who knows? Probably! How do you know any way? I will just assume they do like the others that i take!

Cures hormonal acne
Such an amazing price, for a complex product that you'd pay 5x more for in a pharmacy. Smells disgusting but you just gotta deal with it. I bought this for my hormonal acne and hormonal imbalance, and within 4 days my acne was gone and I'm feeling a lot more balanced! A lot of plastic waste as the tablets only go up to 1/10th of the bottle.

Pills.
Vitamin B-complex is a struggle for me because the taets smell so weird. But these pills are tiny, easy to swallow and don't leave a mouldy Weetabix aftertaste. I have spent a ridiculous amount on vitamins in the past. When skint during lockdown, i raided the local Poundland and bought all Valupak vits. A month on, I actually found them better than the Day Lewis and Asda stuff i used before. I use their magnesium too and double up on it at bedtime, as it helps with my fibro/ME leg pain at night.

'Nutrient Reference Value' (NRV) and 'Recommended Daily Amount' (RDA) Information.
For anyone wondering each tablet contains, for each vitamin, a 'Nutrient Reference Value' (NRV) of 100%. The NRV is a replacement measure for the old 'Recommened Daily Amount' (RDA). I got the following information on the web for this change over from RDA to NRV:"Nutrient Reference Value is the new term for Recommended Daily Amount (RDA). NRVs are the recommended daily intake of vitamins and minerals for most people."I agree with other reviewers that the size of the tub is way too big for the contents - won't fit through a standard sized letterbox. Something the producers of these vitamins might want to address in the future. In any case, a reasonably priced pack of 'B' vitamins - important for vegetarians.

Easy to swallow vitamins
Bought these because of the benefits that they are supposed to give.Only been taking them for a week but so far I feel ok.Easy to swallow and no after effects.Wish the bottle was smaller though because it's really too big for the amount of tablets inside.Bottle is recyclable though, so at least that is good.Didn't see why I should pay multiple times more for brand name when the amounts of ingredients are the same.So value for money is very good.Do I recommend... Yes.
