Because these use magnets they really flow and are fast. They are really fun to use, well made and not too expensive. I give them to friends who like solving speed cubes - even those who solve them slowly because they feel so much better to use.

The rs3m Super Ball core (2022 edition) is a slight improvement over my 2021 maglev rs3m and 2020 standard edition. The "super" redesign for the end of 2022 feels like a mashup of the cheaper moyu meilong m and the rs3m 2021. It has the sandy, lighter turning feeling of the meilong, but feels more controllable like the 2021.Out of the box it was a little too loose. I upped the tension to 4 clicks. Like the 2021 maglev this is a fast cube. I have not lubed it up, yet I can already tell this is a much quieter cube than the previous rs3m cubes. It is less "clacky" during hard corner cuts. I am catching more than I did with the 2020, but maybe lube will bridge that gap.Good:. Quiet. Smooth. Logo printed on white cap instead of a sticker. Magnets feel slightly better than older rs3m. Even without lube it will stay fast with the maglev system.Bad: My version is not what I would describe as ”auto turning." Moyu has really under delivered here. They advertise 35 degree "auto-homing" with the corner-core magnets. I am not even getting 10 degrees. My Gan 11 m pro actually auto homes, and is much less powerful than the 12 that advertises 30 degree auto alignment. I'm getting zero auto homing on my ball core. If the face is turning with momentum you can kind of feel it, but the magnets will not return the corner home if left from any degree, let alone 35.I had to check the core to make sure this was even the corner core version. Auto homing is barely noticeable on my cube.The frosted finish feels cheap like the meilong compared to the glossy rs3m 2020 and 2021 finish. The frosted plastic feels like a downgrade. The corners feel a little more scratchy than the 2020 as well, more like a gan cube. The 2020 just felt so smooth all over compared to the new super line. The ball core also feels heavier at the core and the outer layers feel lighter than the 2020. That makes sense because of the corner core magnets.Another thing I don't like about the ball core is the large plastic display case and stand. Why waste this much plastic? It is too big to be used as a carrying case. It just feels bad for the environment.Is the super ball core cube worth 2x the rs3m 2020? Maybe. Is it better? Slightly.I can get the same times on my rs3ms and gan 11 m pro, but the ball core is much closer in feel and performance to the rs3m than the 11m pro. Don't think you are getting a budget flagship with the ball core. That is the tornado v3's job.This cube would be great for beginners or cubers on a budget. It feels more delicate than the rs3m 2021 but harder to take apart.Is there a better cube on the market selling for less than the rs3m Super Ball core? No.

It is an INSANE cube for turning, and is really good. However, it breaks easily. Im not talking about popping, that has never happended to me, and you can just put it back together. I was taking apart the cube to clean it and the corner piece and the plastic place holder broke off. Fragile.

Gave it to my son who loved it and played with it a lot for 1.5 months (basically Christmas to beginning of Feb) but then one corner broke off. Not just popped off but broke off. It was awesome while it lasted.. but I'll look for a different speedcube as a replacement.

I loved the rubix cube great quality but after 2 or 3 months it became hard to turn and the core started breaking so when I wanted to play with it it would break even more but overall great quality and I would probably buy it again

The Moyu MF3RS3 line of cubes are known for being inexpensive but relatively excellent speed cubes. Unfortunately, this Moyu RS3 Super (even the magnetic ball core maglev edition) just doesn't live up to the reputation even though this is supposed to be the elite end version of the RS3. Corner cutting is horrible to nonexistent resulting in frequent staggers/lockups, magnetic strength is weak resulting in frequent overturning, even the rotation just isn't smooth and is rather raspy and noisey. For not too much more money, you can get what is arguably the best cube of 2022/2023 in the QiYi Xman Tornado v3 Pioneer (which has maglev) and get real high end cube experience that's just about perfect. Moyu just seems to be putting out cubes with the same rather dated designs and when they try to do something modern (like maglev) it's just big swing and a miss.

Magnets are way to weak leading to overturning at low speed, not even speed cubing speeds. Overall it doesn't even feel like a Moyu. If your thinking of buying, just get the 2020 RS3M it's 100x better. I love Moyu cubes so it pains me.to say this, but they flew past the mark on this one.

Very smooth. My son likes this cube more than the Gan cube.

My son was happy with it and he has many of these now. He's about to crack 20 seconds and this cube will be fine for that and more.

I got this cube because I always use Gan so I wanted to use a moyu cube. I feel confident that this is the beset budget cube ever!!!!!!

Amazing cube even compared to much more expensive cubes. Super value.

Took the box out of the shipping envelope and it's been opened by someone. The box is torn. The cube has obviously been used, as it's still scrambled. The display case it comes with is all dirty and scuffed. Very disappointed.
