Samsung Genuine Refrigerator/Fridge Freezer Twin MT Dispenser Valve (TD09 NW2)

Despite only being ordered on Friday and being told it wouldn't arrive until the 4th Sept at the earliest, it arrived today, at second class post at that!Others were not only charging more, but trying to force me into 30-day trials with Amazon Prime (no, nay, never!) just to get the delivery without having to fork out an extra £5 for delivery within two working days.The part worked perfectly, simply take out the tank, unscrew the old valve, put in the new valve, and the leaky old water dispenser is working good as new without a drop more dripped.Would certainly order from this supplier again - excellent service!

Whatever you do don't try and clean your old one in almost boiling water to sterilise it as mine never worked again, it wouldn't slide back down once the nozzle was push and as I found out, when that happens water doesn't stop coming out followed by cursing and quickly removing the whole water reservoir to the sink while it's pouring water all the way.It's an exact copy of the original and works perfectly. Very happy with it

Arrived as expected, easy to remove inner water container, sterilise it, remove old valve, fit new valve, fill up with water 4 times to flush it out, not one leak, or spray out the side like the other 15 month old one did...now I can buy bigger (cheaper) containers of water to refill it with...at last no more having to have a towel under the glass when using...

As dispensers go, this is a good one. It fit our Samsung fridge perfectly and works a treat. The price is a bit high for such a simple plastic mechanism. One tip: when you come to clean yours, do not use boiling water in the hope of sterilising it - it will warp the plastic and stop it from working smoothly if at all. This is why I had to buy this replacement, doh!

Although it didn't arrive in samsung packaging, just a labelled bag, I've spent so much time trying to get it directly from Samsung, I am just grateful that it fits and works...
