These are great - they keep your cupcakes in place and they're a good size and pretty strong. Didn't think about the plastic though when I bought them as I try to keep my plastic use to a minimum and the window is plastic of course.The cardboard bottoms of the case, where you put the cupcakes in, is a little bit thick. It meant the cakes won't slide around in transit which is great but they're a bit TOO strong where my friend couldn't pull the cake out of it without ripping a whole in the side of the cake. Maybe bend the cardboard quite a few times before putting your cakes in, or even better, cut the little sides of the 'holes' off?

Unfortunately they arrived with one less insert than boxes but I'll use that box for something else another day.

Boxes are fine, like any other cupcake box you can get. What really annoys me is they put the product sticker label on the window of one of the boxes. I can't remove it without damaging the box so it's a waste of a box that I can't use for customers/gifts. Not happy

nice boxes, fairly sturdy, easy to fold out and pop in the inserts.Without the inserts they tend to collapse in on themselves, and the cupcake holes were a little too small, so we inverted the inserts to provide a little extra support for the side walls.Will quite likely buy again as they were great for the cake stand at the fete.

I ordered 2 boxes of these. 1 pack was brilliant easy 2 assemble and highly recommend BUT the other half were rubbish not sturdy and very awkward 2 assemble. I'm sure they sent me 2 completely different boxes yet i asked for 2 same packs
