Does what it says on the tin.
Quick dispatch and delivery from the seller. Like the product, it certainly helps with my 13 y/o cat. It doesn't completely eradicate her arthritis and she still limps and has mobility problems, however these tablets have certainly helped! She isn't as stiff any more and can jump up and down the sofa with little to no problems. If you're thinking of giving these tablets a go then it is worth a try. I use similar tablets (Synoquin) for my King Charles Spaniel and they have almost 90% gotten rid of any joint problems she has as opposed to not so much for my cat. However, every pet is different and follow the full course before you start to expect to see results. And even if the results aren't drastic, some improvement to their mobility is better than no improvement right? The tablets are palatable and my cat as now completed the 'loading 6 weeks' and is down to one a day. She sits and waits for me every morning to give the tablet to her and meows loudly until I do. I hand it to her like a treat and she swallows it whole in one go (she has no teeth, bless her). I am so thankful and happy she takes the tablet whole because they are quite big tablets and she is a VERY fussy old lady. Getting a worming tablet down her though is a completely different story (nightmare!). If anyone is having trouble getting their cats to swallow the tablet, what I did was I started off with mine by training her to think its a treat. I would get her favourite Whiskas treats and sit down and give her maybe 4 or 5. And because she loves them so much she swallows them whole, VERY quickly. So I then followed the Seraquin tablet after 4 or 5 treats, and with her being on 'greedy robot mode' she just swallowed it completely unaware it was medication. I would then follow with another few treats. And voila, it seems to work with my cat.. i'm happy, she's happy, we're all happy! Try them and see if they help as they certainly helped with my cat!

Really helping my cat. 2 updates
Our cat was suffering with arthritis in his back legs and paws. Didn't want to keep him on pain medicine every time he had a flare up. So the vet recommended to give these a try. He's been on them about 5 weeks now. 3 a day ( he's a big cat) and they are working They take a few weeks to start to work. But no pain meds in all that time. Great. Also he loves the taste too. As they are quite big tablets. I give him one 3 times a day and he thinks it's a treat!..brilliant. 7 month update. My large cat is now on 2 tablets a day (1 in the morning and 1 at tea time) and he has not had to go to the vets for any medication in all this time. So these tablets really do work. Even though they might seem a bit expensive for a months supply. It is much cheaper than a visit to the vets every few months. Healthier for your cat too. And also better for you to as no stress trying to get them in a cat basket!!. He still loves the taste too as he has them with a few biscuits and always eats the tablets first!. 1 year update. My cat has now been on these tablets about 18 months and i honestly can say they work. I tried not giving him them at all for a few weeks and he was back to struggling to jump. So i put him back on two tablets a day. within two weeks he was better again. I now only give him one tablet a day and he still loves them. In all this time he has never had to go back to the vets for any pain meds. Better for my pocket and much better for him. So they have worked wonders for him and i will continue to give him them for ever. Thank you Seraquin.

Excellent - But Don't Give to Cats on an Empty Stomach
These tablets seem to be making a positive difference to my 17 year old cat, who has high blood pressure, stage two kidney disease and arthritis. He had been on Yumove for a few weeks with some success, but started avoiding the food as the capsules smell very strong. He loves these tablets, however, and eagerly wolfs them down even though they are large and he does have dental issues. A word of warning, however. When these first arrived, I gave him two immediately, mid-afternoon, and he was fine; I was delighted to see how eagerly he ate them. The second day I gave them to him first thing in the morning, before any food - he's on a lot of medication, and my thinking was that this was an easy win to get out of the way first thing. Ten minutes later he was violently sick, bright yellow, with the semi-digested tablets clear to see. He was then very off-colour for the rest of the day. I gave it several days for him to settle down, and then cautiously tried one tablet in the middle of the day, AFTER some food. He took it eagerly and was fine. The next day, I gave him two tablets, separately, each AFTER some food (he has a very small appetite, but we're feeding him little and often, as otherwise his stomach acid makes him feel unwell). He happily ate both tablets - and no sign of sickness or discomfort at all. Since then, he's been having two a day and he already seems happier, more alert, in better condition and definitely more agile. So overall, so far, this product is great - but all cats are different, so watch your cat carefully when you start....and my advice would be to definitely NOT give on an empty stomach.

Amazed !!
I was a bit sceptical about the great reviews for this product but was willing to try anything to increase the quality of life for my older cat. My vet had recommended these at a greatly increased price (£48) so I had gone online to see if I could purchase them cheaper. My cat is a 20 year old in good general health apart from having problems with her mobility, she couldn't jump onto the couch or a bed anymore and was having trouble negotiating the stairs. She seemed to be in pain and this had started to affect her eating and she seemed to be sleeping more, the vet's diagnosis was 'old age'. One week after starting her on 2 tablets a day the improvement was remarkable, she started eating more and seemed more alert, within two weeks she was up and down the stairs with no trouble and she was up onto the couches and being told off for sleeping on the bed whilst I was at work. She seems to have a new lease of life and the whole family just cannot believe the difference in her as they all thought she was on her way out. I decreased the tablets as recommended but have kept her on 1 1/2 as this seems the best dose for her. If you have a cat or small dog with joint/mobiity problems I would strongly recommend trying these tablets for a month - what have you got to lose ?

Great ingredients but too big and cat won't eat them!
I have an elderly cat with arthritis and I thought these would be great for him. I should point out that these tablets are LARGE even if they were for a human, so I am not sure how an elderly cat who's had several teeth removed over the years is supposed to eat them. They are very hard and difficult to cut up as they tend to splinter into bits. Even when they WERE cut up, we only managed to fool our cat by hiding them in his food a few times. They did seem to help, but now he is 'wise' to them and won't go near food with them in. We tried putting them in his mouth but he spits them out. As he is old we don't want to distress him by continually forcing them down him. The other problem is the recommended dose for a cat his size is three tablets daily, which would be impossible, If these were smaller and softer they might be better for some cats, or even if they had a 'split' line on them. But if your cat is like mine then he or she won't eat them anyway. Such a shame as I really liked the sound of these.

so glad that I did
My 20 year old cat was showing the ravages of time and had been getting less and less agile over the last year or so and I was starting to think we had come to the end of the road. After reading the reviews on this joint supplement, although sceptical I thought anything was worth a go and I am so, so glad that I did. If I wasn't seeing the results with my own eyes, I would not have believed it, and this was after only a couple of days, and by the end of the first week, she was a new cat. She's still an old lady, but she is moving around with ease, is much more alert, and last week even attempted to catch one of the doves we have nesting in the garden. She probably wondered why I wasn't scolding her but I was so glad to see her running albeit at a sedate pace. Yesterday, whilst I was gossiping over the garden wall with my neighbour, she jumped up on to the pillar to show me she was there, a thing she has not been able to do for a couple of years. It is truly amazing, and they have given Sheba a new lease of life. I am so grateful.

Our story- amazing stuff!
Our cat is 10 and suffers from arthritis in her back, hips and front legs due to trauma as a kitten. The vet prescribed Metacam and it worked wonders for her, but after reading some not so thrilling stories about the safety of using it long term I decided to search for something else to keep her ticking over. Having tried certain other 'tasty beef' brands in the past with no success, I had no hopes at all for this product and assumed she'd turn her nose up at it...but she ate both tablets as if they were the yummiest treats in the world and even with having them every day, she hasn't sussed them out yet! Either she knows they make her feel better, or she loves the taste. She still has Metacam when she needs it, but the Seraquin seems to take the edge off the pain and gives her enough freedom to live a good quality of life. It doesn't have the same 'instant' effect that Metacam has, but it helps enormously. The tumeric in it seems to help settle her tummy after eating shipjack tuna too, which is something she can now enjoy without throwing up all over my bed. I've tried giving her the tablets at different times of day (one in the morning, one in the evening) but that makes very little difference in my experience. Giving her both tablets at once seems to give her that 'kick' to last until the next evening.
