It's the best of the ACV I've tasted so far. I was skeptical about the bottle size at first but now I can say it worth the price.

This is "The Mother"—the strands of proteins and beneficial bacteria that indicate the vinegar is raw and unpasteurized. Unlike the crystal-clear, highly processed vinegars found in plastic jugs, this is cloudy and deep amber. A quick shake distributes the nutrients perfectly. ​Taste & Potency ​Acidity: It sits at a consistent 5% acidity, which provides that signature "zing" without being chemically harsh. ​Flavor Profile: It has a much richer, fermented apple flavor compared to cheaper versions which often just taste like "sour water." ​Versatility: I’ve used this for: ​Health Tonics: 1 tbsp diluted in 8oz of water with a bit of lemon. It’s surprisingly refreshing and easier on the stomach than harsher distillates. ​Cooking: It makes a fantastic base for vinaigrettes and pickling onions. ​Beauty/Hair: I used a diluted 1:5 ratio as a hair rinse to remove hard water buildup, and it left my hair noticeably shinier. ​Packaging & Quality ​The glass bottle is a huge plus. I prefer glass over plastic for acidic products to ensure there’s no chemical leaching over time. It’s a staple in my pantry that I’ll continue to reach for.

I was going to get Gummies and see what the hype was about, But thought I'd get the actual liquid form as it's a no brainer for the price! I haven't seen any change other then feeling a little jittery of you have to much at once first thing in a morning so if you are sensitive to it just put more water with it! Made me feel horrible and I craved sugary things for some bizarre reason. Once I had a little sugar I was fine. Not sure what that's about. If anyone can shed light it would be appreciated but I will try to do more research and figure out. No huge change as I have been drinking it for 2 weeks now. But main thing is value for money compared to the tablets and gummies. As long as you are not bothered about the taste.

Tiene ese aspecto turbio natural que indica buena fermentación. • Sabor potente pero equilibrado: Ideal para aliñar ensaladas, hacer aderezos o incluso tomar con agua en ayunas. • Botella de vidrio resistente: Cierra bien y conserva el contenido sin alterar su sabor. • 100% orgánico y vegano: Con sello USDA y sin aditivos raros. • Multipropósito: Lo he usado también para el cabello (como aclarado final), para la piel en tónicos diluidos y hasta para limpiar. Me ayudó con el acné milagrosamente. No suelo usar comida en mi cara pero esto me salvó. ❌ A tener en cuenta: • El sabor puede ser muy fuerte si no estás acostumbrado (mejor diluirlo). • No tiene tapón medidor, así que hay que verter con cuidado para evitar excesos. 🎯 En resumen: Un producto puro, versátil y de excelente calidad. Perfecto si buscas un vinagre de sidra auténtico tanto para uso alimentario como para el autocuidado. Bragg sigue siendo una marca de referencia en este tipo de productos.
