Really good quality. I keep it ine the fridge to preserve the quality. the little syringe for dosing is very handy. Spicy orange is spicy and next time will buy some more neutral flavour but overall very happy with it.

Comes with a little syringe that allows you to pour the oil at the back of your mouth so you don't have to taste it too much.

A little leak but ok

Unfortunately this gave me terrible abdominal gas problems. This may just be a reaction personal to me as i do tend to get gas with certain foods. I will stick to normal cod liver oil.
