Will this work well on a dirt bike motorcycle chain?

I would look specifically for a chain lube designed for motorcycles, much different loads and stresses on a dirt bike than a mountain bike, this is very small amount of fluid to cover a big dirt bike chain!

How does this lube compare to the regular "yellow" muc off dry lube? Planning to use it on Ultegra road components.

I have never used the regular Muc off dry lube so I can't compare it but I use this on my Ultegra road drivetrain and it's great!

is therr sctually sio2 in this?

Since Sio2 is used for shine, I would think not. Muc Off is great for protective lube and I can't see where shine comes in as a needed ingredient.
