I recently used the Light Riser, and I’m really happy with it. The clear acrylic design doesn’t take away from the look of my tank, which is a big plus. It’s easy to install, and the precisely cut threads for the bolts made attaching the light a breeze. The adjustable height is perfect for getting the right lighting coverage. I also love that it has slots for cable management on all sides, keeping things neat and organized. The light spreads evenly, and overall, it’s a simple, functional, and sleek solution for aquarium lighting.

Interesting product. This is made out of plastic, but not the cheap kind - so its very nicely built. It is meant for aquariums without a lid, to raise the light very high. The only downside is that it does not work on aquariums with a lid. Overall, I highly recommend this product. I really liked the quality.

I have a 20 gallon long tank with no lid. I wanted to grow plants out the back/top of the tank with plants growing inside the tank as well. I bought a light bar but need it lifted up higher to benefit the plants growing out the top of the tank. This item works great for my needs. It came with 2 different size screws. I feel like screws a tad longer than the short ones would be better, while the longer screws were too long for my rimmed tank. The screws included do work fine on my tank. The light bar I purchased doesn't fit the grooves in this riser but it still sits on it with no issues. They do give dimensions in the description - I just didn't measure my light bar. Works great for my tank & plants inside & outside the tank!!

Fit perfect, great quality, works as described!

I bought two of these, both for use in open-topped turtle aquariums. They are very sturdy and came with multiple sets of screws. Everything, even the screws, are made out of acrylic or some acrylic material. Feel very brittle but I cranked down on them to make the uprights stay upright - no cracking. They are taller than you think too. Hold a ruler on your aquarium. I thought I would use the highest setting but no - the bottom setting (most stable) still puts it way over the top of the aquarium. 4 on stability because you will need to really tighten the screws to make it upright and level. If you get this and it is leaning, you can tighten the screws enough so both posts are level. I was able to make it tight enough just using my fingers.

This seemed like a great option at first — I loved the clean, modern look of the clear plastic, and the material felt solid when I took it out of the box. It doesn’t look cheap or flimsy, and I thought it would match the aesthetic of my planted setup perfectly.Unfortunately, I had to return it. The mount is just too narrow to fit on a rimmed tank. I have a standard 55-gallon Top Fin tank, and no matter how I positioned it, the bracket wouldn’t seat properly over the rim. There’s no adjustment or workaround built in, and it didn’t feel safe to try to force it.Pros:Sleek, minimal designMaterial feels thick and sturdyWould look really nice on the right setupCons:Not compatible with rimmed tanks (especially Top Fin)No flexibility or spacer for wider glass edgesI wish the listing had made it clearer that this is only for rimless tanks. If you have one of those, I’d say give it a shot — but for standard rimmed tanks, it’s a no-go. Too bad, because it really looked great otherwise.

I saw this on a web site for fish and I was like "what??? What's this???" It's absolutely awesome. Keeps water mist/drops off your light system like a charm. A must have, will save your lights I think. I have lids on my tanks, saltwater and freshwater and water still makes it on the lights 🤔. This will stop that. Now I gotta tell ya measure your light feet. Cuz mine was too small for the slots in the resting area on stand. I thought oh no.... but I just flipped it around and backwards. It worked great and holds my light great 👍. It arrived in good time and I gotta tell you the packaging was perfection. I was surprised to see how well the box was holding stand. Good company to buy from. Easy to put together also. Great product 👌

They work and are designed well to fit framed tanks or frameless. I am happy with the product
