I am pleased with the purchase as the performance seems to be as good as my original toothbrush. My reason for only giving 4 stars is that this model does not have a charging light to show that charging is taking place or that the batteries are fully charged. To put into context I previously had the Oral B Sonic Complete that was amazing! Sadly 5 years later it's died and no longer available. I didn't realise how many spare toothbrush heads I'd bought over the years so I wanted a replacement that also used the same heads...which led me to the Oral B Vitality. Some other reviews are accurate...it doesn't feel anywhere near as powerful as the Complete. It's a bit like the Vitality is a 1 litre Nissan Micra and the Complete was a Porsche with a V8 engine! The Vitality does feel under-powered compared to what I'm used to however it still does the job. It cleans ok (better than a manual toothbrush) and the 2 min timer is handy too. Best bit is that the charger unit is much smaller than the Complete so it's much better for travelling.
