A compact set. Easy to use. The nozzles are narrow enough even for first time users. I would suggest using a bit of water based lubricant, e.g. KY, or perhaps lanacaine cream to help you relax a bit "down there".

Product arrived in a clear bag with pretty explicit instructions (along with pictures) on the back. If you don't want the postman knowing your business, maybe give this one a miss

Suitable for use

Just what I was looking for, an easy to use douche system that works well. I am very pleased with my purchase thank you. I bought this one because it is made of medical grade plastic.

Cheap and nasty I thought for £20. Mine started leaking at the lid almost instantly so it makes a puddle every time I use it. It does the job but considering the build quality I think £20 is a bit steep.

Bought this to replace my old bulb one. Just glad I did. This is so easy to use, standing up, laid down, any position unlike the bulb type where the only way to successfully use it is if on all fours. Another benefit is that the bottle does not suck back all the waste you are trying to get rid of. The bottle remains spotless after use. The nozzle, half inch diameter, is also easy and comfortable to insert as it is flexible unlike the bulb type where the nozzle is rigid. I used a sex toy cleaner after use as well as also washing the item. After use felt very clean and empty.

Works well. The only thing I would like to see are instructions on English.

This seems to work pretty well. It's only my second such device so I don't have much to compare it to. The other one was a bulb type device which was okay. This device is so much better though. The inserts are soft and comfortable. I like how it has three inserts and how the tube is easy to remove. Makes it easy to disassemble for easy cleaning.

Comodissimo per effettuare clisteri in autonomia... forse sarebbe stati utile un contenitore da un litro, ma comunque la capienza attuale basta allo scopo! Ottimo per effettuare clisteri con olio e camomilla e glicerina...

People complaining about the hose is to short. Yup, does not have a 50ft hose attached. Only a 24 and 3/8th inch hose is supplied. Directions are not in English, true. However; the rapping does show pictures. No pressure. Had enough pressure to where it could hurt. The insert tip rough. Looked and felt all four tips, smooth. Great product. Hope it will last.
