Lovely machine I had it for 2 years now and use it a lot. I love that I can use capsules, pods and ground coffee. Work very well, also it is possible to regulate how much water goes through so i regulated the button on the right for a "lungo lungo" and the left one is a short one for espresso. Make a delicious coffee.

Very versatile and good value for money. Compact and easy to use and clean. Has relatively small footprint. Overall I'm very pleased with it and glad I bought it. When I used it for the first week the blue lights indicating on/off mode and cup size worked but for some reason they now do not! It still works but I have to listen for beeps and hissing noise to know what it's doing. Not too convenient if my hearing aids are not in!! Had I not thrown away the packaging I would probably have asked for a replacement machine. Still pleased with it nevertheless. Would be 5 stars if lights working.

I needed to replace my 15+ year old coffee machine and since I bought that all the capsule machines have come out and I wasn't sure which brand to go with, this machine looked like it would solve that issue by being able to use Nespresso, Dolce Gusto and normal ground coffee beans. I had plenty of coffee beans left and my local Lidl had their own versions of Nespresso and Dolce Gusto capsules. I bought the machine and the capsules and haven't looked back. I have been using this for a month and tried all the different compatible capsules and ground coffee and this machine does it all without issue and is really simple to use. It has three different drawers, one for Nespresso, one for Dulce Gusto and the other for ground coffee and grond coffee pods, the last drawer has two inserts, one for the pods and one for the coffee and one for the pods. There is a measure spoon and tamper for the ground coffee too. The instruction manual is a bit basic but it is not a problem as this is so simple to use. Select the correct drawer, add your pod/coffee, insert the drawer and pull the arm down to lock it in, then just choose if you want a long or small coffee. The machine heats quickly and has plenty of water for a few cups of coffee. I like the fact it is so slim and looks nice. It is really easy to clean too. I do miss not having a steam wand and it would be nice if the drawers had markings so it was easier to tell which drawer was for which coffee type, but you get it soon enough after using it a while and then you will probably find you will just use one drawer for your favorite coffee, but it is really nice to have the option for the other types. I really like this machine, it is a great size for my kitchen where these days we seem to have more and more machines to do different things, it is also nice to not have a coffee grinder and other things out. It makes a great cup of coffee with a lovely crema on every type of coffee. The kids like the hot chocolate capsules which aldo work well and taste delicious. I would recommend this coffee machine.

I have been really pleased with my machine. The option to change between different size capsules and ground coffee makes it very versatile. It makes about as much noise as any other capsule machine I’ve owned (Nespresso etc)The coffee comes out as hot as required and the machine fits a normal size coffee mug. It is slim in appearance and does not take up much space on my counter top. The improvements to the size of the drip tray could be considered as it is just a little too small and a larger water tank would also be nice. It does take a little effort to physically remove the capsule/ grounds after each use but the payoff of having different ways to make coffee is good enough for me. I would recommend buying this machine for the price I got it at (£129 with £10 voucher discount)

Purchased November, stopped working in March. Emailed support, no response. Called Kotlie, on hold. Used AI to try to troubleshoot. Cleared a pipe, got it working, then it failed to pump again.

On the plus side the coffee maker looks good and appears to be well made. It is easy to fill the water compartment either directly from the tap or using a jug. The compartments/attachments that actually holds the coffee/pods are relatively straight forward to use, although can be slightly fiddly in placing in the coffee maker. Having said that they are easy to clean after use. It produces good coffee using the ground coffee attachment and the Nespresso pods. However, on the negative side, it was not really compatible with the Dolce Gusto Pods, or any other pod that requires accurate measurement when using two pods at a time. There is no way to accurately measure the volume of water to pass through the pod. With the Dolce Gusto there are several units of measurement, which vary from 1 to 7 depending upon the number of pods you use, which depends on type of coffee you are making. There is no way of accurately measuring the actual quantity of water required, other than small or large. I tried several different combinations of the large / small measures for the milk and the coffee and none of them give satisfactory results. I shall not be returning the coffee maker as I shall carry on using it for making coffee from ground coffee which works well. So in summary if you are looking for a good ground coffee maker then this will make a good job of it, but if you are looking to use it for making coffee from Dolce Gusto Pods, I would give it a miss.
