No Screen Protection
Disappointed.1) All previous 4 Otterboxes I have ordered came with screen protectors. This is just a single surround.2) It is very disappointing that this protection was only available in black. My last one was cerise and purple - stood up to rigorous usage including an overland trip. Bought it twice I loved it so much. Black is so easy to lose in ones handbag, rucksack etc.3) Now I have encased my iphone SE (2016) in its sombre tomb I find the buttons very stiff to press and all that can be seen of my phone is its white face ( it is a rose gold )Have now had to order a screen protector for £3.99 on top of the fairly high price for this. Meantime my screen is at risk.I advocate Otterboxes for our team in Estates at work but not so sure now. :(

Long Term Review
I bought one of these nearly four and a half years ago for my Iphone SE and have been most impressed. So impressed in fact, I've bought another! I've dropped my phone numerous times, dropped heavy things on it, handled it with oily hands, it's been through mud, snow, sand, puddles, hay, swarf, flour... and besides going through a few screen protectors (I've been using the Minotaur ones) the phone has stayed in tip top shape - it's just been a really excellent purchase! The front face is rubbery and this has worn over time, eventually thin enough to split around the penetrations (in year 3 or 4), superglue did seem to work for a time, but a teething toddler took care of the rest. Given that most probably don't plan to keep their phones quite this long, I think this review should give some confidence!As for the questions asked: Does it work with a magnetic phone holder? Yes, though with mixed success, I have the Syncwire mount and I've found it does work, but due to the thickness of the case and the size of the metal plate, you have to be fairly accurate otherwise it does fall off. Generally happy though. Does it cover charger port? No, all switches, buttons and ports are served by an open penetration and cause no restriction. I think you're after the defender series cover if you want to fully encapsulate your phone.

Great case. Simple but effective.
If you need a simple, effective case for your SE then this is the one to get. No bells or whistles, just a one-piece case that fits the phone like a proverbial glove. The ports aren't covered so if you need water and dirt resistance then you need to look elsewhere. If all you need is a bit of added protection then this is perfect.Adds very little bulk and feels nice in the hand. Power and volume buttons take a wee bit more pressure to operate but that's not a deal breaker. There's no screen protector but they can be picked up anywhere and I personally didn't need one.Seems to be a lot of fakes around so be sure to check the reviews. Can't fault this one at all and would definitely buy again should the need arise.

Lasted 4 years - could have lasted longer!
Saved my phone on countless occasions. Phone literally bounces off surfaces. The lip around the edge is thick enough to stop the screen from hitting the floor. The lip is also wide enough to allow a screen protector to be applied to the screen without any overlap! The cover lasted me 4 years - it could have lasted longer but I kept taking the cover off to connect a thick AUX cable in my car which meant the rubber edge/lip started to deteriorate. Have bought a thinner AUX cable and the same cover again. Once the cover is on, don't take it off - should last at least 5-6 years! On first impressions it is thicker than cheap covers but for the protection I was getting, I never thought about the thickness after the first time I dropped it

An absolute beast
This is a great case and I would fully expect it to last forever. Fits perfectly around the screen protector and the phone is easily removed. The only downside to the durability is the texture, which isn’t altogether pleasant. The bottom cut outs can also be a bit painful on the fingers if, like me, you tend to balance your phone on your pinky.

Tough Durable Protection with Solid construction great shockproof case , a must for the iPhone
I bought 2 (iPhone SE) for my kids & another brand for myself (iPhone XS MAX) ,when they arrived (on time) I realised mine was the wrong size,so looking at the OtterBox I could see it was far better than mine & ordered an OtterBox (& returned mine) for my phone. Tough case with great all round protection well constructed bumper all round. I’ve had a few shock cases but this is one of the best if not most durable by fariPhone SE iPhone XS MAX

Great product, costs a bit more but well worth it.
This is slightly more expensive than I would normally spend but it is well worth the additional money as it feels like a solid case, will protect my phone and puts a lip around the front so it doesn't scratch on the table. I would recommend combining it withTech Armor Apple iPhone 5/5c/5s/SE screen protector.
