I bought two different bidets at the same time, because the one I wanted wasn't available to ship for two and a half months (Covid), but this one was to arrive in a few days from ordering it. This one was half the price, and I figured it wouldn't be as good, but at least I could have something while waiting for the other, since toilet paper was nearly impossible to find. This arrived, as stated, several days later. It was extremely easy to install and took maybe 10 minutes. I wasted several minutes removing water from the tank, which I realized later I did not need to do. Just follow the directions. In any case, it works as it should, but took me about a week to get the hang of it and not spray water where I didn't want it (water spraying out from underneath the seat), but now I love it. I can't imagine life before this! About 2 weeks later, the more expensive bidet arrived (earlier than stated), without any directions, looking EXACTLY like this one. Luckily I knew how to install it. However, it didn't work and sprayed water from one of the connections. It really made THIS ONE seem like a SPECTACULAR DEAL! Get this bidet because it is made well, is half the price of others, comes with easy directions, and was a cinch to install!

Revised Review May 2019. Just ordered two more, now I have 7 of this model of Bidet sprayers in operation at various locations where I do my business. The first sprayer was installed over 2 years ago and continues to operate with no issues. 4 more were installed over a year ago and no issues. We now have 7 in total with no issues and no leaks. 4 in the house and 2 in the RVs and one at my daughters home. There have been no issues of any kind on any of them. They install easily and no leaks. The quality is exceptional. Solid brass and stainless steel constructions. I recently had an operation that required my washing my backside rather than using toilet paper. Thank god we had these sprayers. Now I use them every day. Should have listened to the wife a long time ago. For that clean fresh feeling. Buy and use this sprayer. All those bad reviews that state this sprayer is hard to install and leaks. Well, let's just say that you have to know which end of the screwdriver goes into the screw head to be able to install this sprayer and not have it leak. Its that simple. -- Past review. - Received my sprayer today. Easy installation and no leaks. So far so good. My wife likes the adjustable spray. I like that there are no plastic parts this sprayer and its mount is stainless steel. Our old sprayer the hose was very stiff and it made it hard for her to turn the sprayer in the needed direction. This hose is very pliable and easy to turn. Ill give it a couple more days and if it still hasn't leaked she wants 3 more for the other bathrooms.

The media could not be loaded.  👁️👁️It can also be used to spray someone in the shower with cold water unsuspectingly 👁️👁️We purchased x2 bidets at the beginning of the toilet paper crisis. They were simple to install & easy to use. We have not noticed any leaks in the system. The jet is shockingly stronger than expected. If you need a more gentle stream, reduce the pressure application on the handle.These are great for the environment because they can eliminate your home's toilet paper use. This will in turn save a lot of money in the cost of toilet paper, potential clogged plumbing, & septic cleanings. We have not had a single clog since use.👍 please if helpful👍

I am here to talk about 2 things, the product and the seller. I will start with the productPros:Product:1. Solid build, steel, parts well designed. Tube may not be the best quality and only time will tell.2. Well packaged, with instructions, washers, tape etc (except for washer which I required)3. Works well so far. I will still need time to evaluate how far it goes. That is why 4 starsSeller1. Exceptional customer service. They refunded the entire amount back within couple of hours on a Saturday evening when I reported that the product was not working for me out of the box as expected.2. Great follow up on better instructions and possibly using another kind of washer that may work for me.Cons:1. Could have included the bezel washer as a part of the product itself thereby saving me and/or some other customers couple of trips to local hardware stores.2. The reason they cited to not include the bezel washer was possibility of customer confusion on which one to user. I didn't completely agree with this reasoning though. Had they included the bezel washer right there in the package itself, as a customer I would have tried it and possibly the product would have worked for me in first go.

So because of Covid this order took about 3 months to arrive, but it was sent from Asia, I forget where. But Ive been using it for about a month now. I am from the US but Ive lived all over the world. Why these havent caught on stateside.. is beyond me..Usually with these you either get very good quality ones that have nice little additions like pressure nosels or ability to cut off the water and just overall feel of good metals OR you get very cheaply made ones that rust very easy, come apart and just feel very cheaply made.Honestly, I had absolutely no clue what this one would be like. But I am absolutely pleasantly surprised. I ordered it because I didnt wanna add to the toilet paper shenanigans during the start of covid, I have wanted to install these in every home since I returned from overseas since 2013 and just never have. But I will admit, I should have sooner.Thank you for providing me with an awesome product! I waited for 2 months and then gave them 1 more month for it to arrive and it finally did. Im happy I did.. it has amazing quality feel, weight is awesome and it is by no means cheaply made at all!

With so many mixed reviews over bidets I was not sure how this product would turn out to be. We've been using it for about 5 months now and so far so good! It was easy to install and if your water pressure is good, the pressure in the bidet is also good! It's been a game-changer for cleaning off our baby's number twos! I am so glad we got it. The feel of the bidet is quality and is holding up well. We also turn the bidet off when we are done rinsing.

This is a budget friendly bidet widely used now a days and the beat so far.

Muy buen producto. El diseño y materiales son muy buenos, pero lo mejor es que el sistema de cierre del maneral resiste perfecto la presión de la bomba presurizadora. El sistema hidroneumático que tengo es muy potnete y en las llavea anteriores tenía que cerrar la llave de paso para que no goteara. Con este equipo ya no hay que hacerlo además que reduce la presión de salida con lo que se evita tener que estar graduando la presión desde la llave de paso. Eso es lo que más me gustó! Adicionalmente, no gotea nada por el efecto de la presión de agua cuando no se está usando.Excelente producto!Lo malo: tarda muuuuucho en llegar, pero llega sin problema...

I would vouch for getting this because you dont want to be using abrasive toilet rolls on your back every time which does not even clean properly. Using a water jet or bidet is just better. And definitely more convenient than a lota.This one is good because it does not leak and is very easy to install. I would still recommend getting a certified plumber for doing the job because you never know if you might leave a corner loose and if there is a leakage, it can be expensive to fix long term.
