Are these any good for engagement rings?

Yep brilliant I work with food so can’t have stoned rings but this covers my wedding engagement and stoned eternity ring

What size would I get for a ring size k?

I’m a k and I got the large size as it’s quite tight in general and you don’t want the pressure of the band being too strong on the diamond (as in my case my ring design is more dainty). I started using this for the gym when I was constantly taking the ring off but a small diamond came out because of the constant pressure of me pulling it off so I’d stick to a large size which is still very snug

Are these waterproof? Will they protect my ring when I go swimming?

No water can still get in if you are in water along time ..I use it for work to protect patients from scratches etc I wash my hands a lot at work but sometimes water gets in not much but not 100% waterproof
