There are 25 individually wrapped organic masala chai roobios tea bags in the box. These teabags are larger than your traditional teabags that you would find elsewhere. More flavor! This tea tasted perfect without any sweetener or milk/creamer. I wanted to taste it plain so I could give a fair review of it. Next time I might add a couple of drops of stevia and maybe some vegan creamer. But it’s perfect plain for me. I could see that this is going to be good also over ice. Just use two bags and let steep till strong enough. Let it cool some and pour over ice and add a sweetener and creamer. The only downside and the reason why it’s four stars instead of five stars, is that I probably won’t get this again unless it’s on special. The price point is a little bit high for me at the moment though prices vary from time to time.

This chai is perfect for those who are looking for something warm and comforting, and even a little sweet, towards the end of the day - or at any time! I have gifted it often to friends because it is so delightful.

To be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect with this tea. Everyone's tastes are different, right? Well, let me say you should run, not walk, to get this tea! I think this is a fall/winter tea, but maybe that’s just me. It’s a generous 25 tea bags, which is far more than the average boxed/flavored tea. It’s warm cinnamon and spice smell and taste is very comforting. Because the tea is caffeine free, it is perfect before bed. I’m usually a two Splenda girl, with some cream thrown into lighten things up. With this tea, I used one Splenda. Not only was that it, but I really felt like cream and any more sweetener would have ruined the taste of the tea. It doesn’t need anything because the flavor stands on its own.

I didn't care for the flavor, even though my favorite tea has the same ingredients. I wouldn't let that deter anyone from trying it, because we all have different tastes. However, I am disappointed by the quality of the tea bags themselves. The tea leaks out, so upon opening each individual packet, there was tea spilled out of each one. Also, after the tea finished steeping, when I picked up the string to lift the used tea bag out and throw it away, the string came loose from the tea bag, so then I had to fish the bag out of the cup of tea. I do not recommend this product or this brand.
