Simple to setup and use, compact design.
I now have 5 of these and have purchased another for a gift to a friend.Until I do I d these I was discouraged by smart plugs as they were bulky in design and likened to old school plug in timers. These however are much more compact and pleasing in terms of design. There are smaller available now, but I've tried those and they are unreliable. These though are yet to let me down.I've not yet used the Timer or Routine function, but will likely do so around Christmas (tree, lights etc).I mostly use them via voice control using Amazon Alexa (which was the reason I wanted smart sockets). They work really well. They also work well with the EWeLink app.So far I can't find fault. I purchased my first 6 months ago, and the others since. I'm pleased the price has become more competitive now too (<10er) and am likely to purchase more if they remain in that price range.

Excellent
I like the neat appearance of these units. They're well constructed and take up less space than all the others I've seen. Instructions are confusing as usual and it took a little while to pair them. First method didn't work but second pairing method worked fine (IOS). The app isn't great but works well once you get the hang of it. You have to set up a second account of you want to use the app on more than one device and then share the sockets with the second account. You can set up timers on individual sockets. It's a shame that the app doesn't support sunsets though. Integration with an Amazon Echo (1st generation) is flawless. It's possible to use these with just the Alexa skills app. You can also group sockets together and control them with a single voice command. The skills app works well and doesn't need a separate activation command. e.g. "Alexa turn on kitchen lights" works fine, (I set up a group named 'kitchen lights'). I've just ordered some more.

Waste of money!!
UPDATE 2- thought I'd update this again... 1 of the plugs stopped working (disconnected from the modem) after around 4 days and the other one after around a week... neither 1 will connect back.So now I have 2 really expensive usb plugs with manual on/switches on them!!Complete waste of money, I wouldn't recommend to anyone and definitely not fit for purpose!...................................................................................................................UPDATE 1- after leaving them for over a week I decided to try again before sending them back and I'm really glad I did because they both connected to my Wi-Fi and Android app first time!I have them on my heaters upstairs which is really handy to warm the rooms up before going to bed!Hopefully they will stay working and everything will be ok, I will update if anything goes wrong :).................................................................................................................1ST REVIEW- I got the 2-pack and both are absolutely impossible to connect to Wi-Fi... I've tried everything; disabled 5g, had them touching the modem, quick connect, compatible mode and even the alternative IOS connection (despite me using Android) but nothing works!Great idea, they look very smart and love the fact they have a USB but absolutely useless if they won't pair to my Wi-Fi!Am sending back pronto, very disappointed :(

My default wi-fi Echo or App controlled plug with multiple timers
Might have waited and age for these to arrive as they came from China but they were cheaper than buying off Amazon using Prime but as I have similar plugs (albeit from a different seller) they use the same App.No different to the market leader that you pay a lot more for these allow 6 timers to be set and can be operated outside the home and from Echo type devices. These are small in design and have a manual on/off button on the top (unlike others that have it on the front which is harder to get to).Set up takes 2 minutes once you know what to do and I now have 6 in constant use - reliable and like I say not very large, especially compared with other makes

Do not bother, wont connect and to big for british plugs
Where do I start...- The QR code in on the manual takes you to a link that does not seem to work on my mobile device.- The app is available on the play store so not sure why they want you to side load the app it is called eWeLink- The device and app only supports 2.4g if you have a wifi mesh system you will need to walk away from your house so that you can connect to 2.4g before it will let you progress.- once you get this far the device simply does not connect to the app, the app either crashes just does not work.Even if you do get this working you can not switch off the plug because the casing is too big.I will be applying for a refund.

Great value, initial setup a little bit tricky
Works really well, great design. Difficult to do initial setup using the Ewelink app, better instructions in the box would be great

Not fit for purpose (A shame)
The concept is great however the main problem is the units are too big when you plug them into the socket the case pushes against the on/off switch and will not allow you to select either on or off. So it means pulling the unit out about 5mm which is clearly not safe.Getting the unit to talk to the software is not that easy either I I've gave two stars for 1 Price 2 style

Great Socket
Works great but there is a little noise from it. Most people can't hear it because it's so quiet.
