A bad experience
I ask you to respect the customers. I bought another machine that does not work, and I suffer because of not sending a label to return it to you. Please solve this problem. I will file a consumer protection complaint.

Great Turkish/Geek coffee in 5 minutes
1. Easy to set up. Connect, fill water tank, add coffee +/- sugar and enjoy witnin 5 minutes 2. As long as you use the correct Turkish/Greek coffee, you'd love the result. 3. We've had it for few weeks now, no regrets and it's good value for money 4. Elegant design, looks beautiful where ever you want to put it
