This is a good package to get you started in training. The step ladder was good, but if you don't use the stakes then it will move out of place. The cones are super thin and and seemed very cheap but they are getting used for their purpose. The parachute opens up pretty easily but I wasn't able to get it lined up in the middle of my back which made it awkward when I would run and try to get it to open up. The stretch bands are good. The colors help you know which ones are the easiest to hardest ones. No complaints for the bands.

My 11 year old grandson is a soccer player and was thrilled with his gift. He plans to practice daily to increase his agility and strength.

I’m pretty bumped out because I ordered the pink. I normally order that color so it doesn’t get mixed up with anyone else’s. Besides that everything came with it. It’s too much of a hassle to send back :/ so I’m going to just use them. Everything seems to be great.

I use this often for track practice and it's perfect for the variety of tools I need on a general strength and mobility day.
