PRESTIGE CARTRIDGETN-241/TN-245 Toner Cartridge for Brother HL-3140CW/HL-3150CDW/HL-3170CDW - Black

I would have given the toner a NO STAR rating if I could - I bought the pack of two, the first cartridge worked OK, but a little faint and definitely would not be classed as a 'High Capacity' toner (about 500 pages tops) but for the money - not the end of the worldThe real problem lies with the second cartridge - from the moment it went it, it kept 'leaking' large amount of toner so despite cleaning the roller each time, everything I printed had large toner smudges sprayed down the middle of the page.I have cleaned off the roller multiple times, you will get one or two prints if your lucky before it leaks toner powered over your document again.The most annoying part is - As i purchased the toner over a month ago I cannot return it via Amazon (it was purchased from Amazon directly) But the item is faulty and the reason it has only come to light as faulty is I used the working one first! I have tried to get in touch with Amazon regarding this, but to no avail!

UPDATE: The seller very kindly sent replacement toner cartridges and I am pleased to report that these work well. Happy to recommend given the excellent customer service and after sales support.One of the 2 cartridges did not work. The black print was very faint. Tried the usual (shaking, cleaning corona wire, adjusting print settings etc) but image quality did not improve. Tip - if you buy more than one of these, test them all straight away so that you can get refund inside the return window.

Have been buying these cartridges for a couple of years off and on and recently bought a second machine as well, great machine, great cartridges.Delivery is quick and they are packed very well.I have recently had an "Issue" with the Blue/yellow cartridges, I have already binned a couple of them as they have been sat on my shelf a couple of months because I buy in bulk so outside the return/refund dates.

I don’t know if I’d more pages printed from a genuine catridge but I’ve been using these for a few years now and they suit me fine. Especially the price!

I have just installed this cartridge and it is not functioning, throwing up an error on the printer and preventing it from functioning. Unfortunately, due to my ordering in advance it cannot be returned as the return date has been exceeded. This is unfortunate as I have had to reorder with a different supplier even though the other cartridges in my order function perfectly

Very Poor, i run a business, and to be left without printer ink is close to catastrophic1st cartridge lasted 1/8 of its toner2nd cartridge left big black line down the rightnot recommended

Great product, works perfectly

This was a replacement cartridge and the same has happened as the original (although after some use)- the colour (yellow) streaks down the side of the printed page. Amazon paid for the replacement not Prestige! I will not be buying any more Prestige cartridges.
