It feels a wobbly, even though all the screws have been tightened correctly. I wish it raised a little more. There appears to be two points on each side of the seat that look like something is trying to poke through the faux leather so I’m sure that will come through fairly soon.My fault I thought I’d ordered a chair that was heated as well as massage but sadly this is massage only, which is a bit disappointing.Took me quite a while to put together.

Poor quality started to fail after a few months the faux leather split and the stuffing started falling out don't bother cheap and nasty would not buy from here again.

For the price this chair is really good.The massage function has so many options you feel like you can set it to just how you want.The 2 points which have left me at 4 stars are:1) no Lombard support at all2) the headrest is at the level of my shoulder bladesthese two point mean when using the massage function i have to slouch in the chair to feel it which is not the most comfortable position.But overall a worth while buy

hi all i just got my chair the delivery was the fastest delivery i ever got from UK to ireland normaly it is 3 days but this time was 1 day realy fast so the chair is really comfy the massage function is very relaxing (dont expect full body thai massage) i am about 90-100 kg and i can say it is very relaxing chair overallto build the chair well it was like playing with lego i dident even needit the instruction menu was that easy so when i read that some people needit a handyman to put it together i was like amazed wow any way people please dont listen to negative reviews the chair is a good buy for the money

The chair looks good (not cheap as a lot others do). Good for the massage it offers - its as good as you will see in any other expensive chair. For the price, it is a very good products. This is leather so can get really cold in winters to sit on for the first time but I rather have leather as it looks really good. My husband finds this super comfortable and I find this just about comfortable but for the price this gives the expensive chairs in the range a very good competition

The chair is pretty good and the massage function was much better than I was expecting for the price of the chair. The only downside is that the faux leather started to wear away and flake off after 2 years but then again, for faux leather, that's kinda how long I would expect it to last for so I won't mark it down for that.

I am in heaven and my back has stopped aching. What a bargain. No problems at all - it is squashy but supportive, gas lift, it tilts/reclines and you can fix the angle of the back of the seat. The massage is a bonus. It easily fits at the edge of my desk and allows typing, arms don't go under. But it is a fully comfortable typing position with chair arms up to desk.I am so glad I bought it - all down to the good reviews on the site. It is this which helps cuctomers sort out the good stuff from the not so good!

I needed a chair in a rush so I can get situated in my new office at home, this seemed to be the best chair out of a bad bunch, it was fairly easy to put together, comfortable for a few hours but no more really...unfortunately it does not suit my needs and I have purchased a more expensive chair, if it a decent chair at a decent price you are looking for then this might be the one for you, however, I would try and find one in a store and test before making a purchase
