5 stars because I never felt this comfortable on it - after I got myself a separate lumbar support pillow The lumbar support sucks for me, but it does not justify less than 5 stars for me! The good stuff: This chair had everything I wanted in a chair. Heavy and solid structure! You will not feel any random moves or like any part of the chair are coming apart... Also the arm rests are great, and the fabric does not cause a lake of sweat under me when I finally get up.. I use this chair for long hours (around 10 hours everyday) - and I just feel happy on it Now the bad stuff: A few days after I got the chair and after 2 days of trying it, I was on the verge of returning it because of the lumbar support... The idea is good really, but the execution sucks. I feel the lumbar support pad as if it is digging through my back and no matter what I do, it is either increased pain, or steady pain. There was no reduced pain mode in whatever adjustment combination I tried :( Had a return initiated but I couldn't just let it go after I experienced all the good stuff about it, and just for the lumbar support, so I got myself one of these (https://www.amazon.sa/-/en/Lumbar-Pillow-Back-Mesh-Adjustable/dp/B074C9F45S/ref=rvi_d_sccl_25/257-5928159-3971942?pd_rd_w=jItab&content-id=amzn1.sym.1150ff1f-40ef-4e3d-b85a-f42b097eb9a0&pf_rd_p=1150ff1f-40ef-4e3d-b85a-f42b097eb9a0&pf_rd_r=MHM1KDCT5J9XEHP58NHR&pd_rd_wg=cCMQy&pd_rd_r=964fad03-0358-41c2-acbe-d9308305687f&pd_rd_i=B074C9F45S&psc=1) which made a great difference! That lumbar support pillow was not too thick (I just needed something to take away that diggy point of the internal lumabr support pad - and that pillow did it!) and it felt great with the chair's own shape and the upper head rest pillow too! Now I really enjoy sitting on this chair and just get things done very happily while I work!

I love most aspects of this chair, except for one: the lumbar support. It's atrocious, it's hard and even at the lowest setting, it's quite prominent. I am considering opening the back and taking it out altogether. Makes it hard to sit in for long periods of time.

The magnetic arm rest kill this chair they pop off when ever you bump them. Getting up. Due to this sitting down with out them on exposes a button that ur clothes can catch on and bend making the button become loose. Other wise this is a great chair with a terrible idea for the arm rest. For the life of me I can't figure out why they made them magnetic there is no gain of function.....

Been using this chair for a few months now, I love the elbow/armrest adjustments and the pillow adjustment- mine is magnetic to the back of the chair so it goes wherever I want, or not at all if I need to sit differently. Not squeaky, doesn’t get/feel sweaty or hot, super sturdy

The chair itself is great, extremely comfortable and adjustable. I enjoy sitting in it. At this price point you cannot beat it. The last chair I owned was more expensive, but I would choose this one over that one. The after-sale service I have received from AndaSeat has been amazing even though I purchased the chair through Amazon. I had a small issue with the product and the company went beyond what I expected to fix the issue. I for sure will be a repeat customer in the future.
