I often find it hard to sleep, and I have found that this machine has really helped me to fall asleep faster. There’s lots of sound options and colours. Overall I highly recommend!

The light is brighter than I was hoping, but I feel like all lights on these things are about the same. I wanted a fairly dim light. I still kept it but it faces away from my child.

This is the coolest sound machine. Pretty much all of the sound options are great, there’s so many choices. I had it on white noise while studying with a 1 hour timer and it very gently and slowly turned the volume down until it turned off, maybe over a 2 min period. Definitely would be great to fall asleep too and wouldn’t wake you (or baby) up from a sudden change when it turns off like most sound machines.

If you want a non-internet/wireless connection to a network, this is a perfectly adequate solution. It's good for the price, but I returned mine to buy an Alex Glow and I think I made the right decision for me, because I time my morning alarm to the light.
