i read - ALOT - i read EVERYTHING, and when i read some of the negative reviews on this product, i knew i HAD to give it a try - and let me tell ya folks - THIS STUFF WORKS WONDERS - it really does. the "bad" reviews said it "caused gas" - well of COURSE it did - it was doing some HOUSE-CLEANING. and although they may 'sorta' constipate a person, it's WORTH IT because it's doing it's job - it's detoxifying your guts - EAT A CAN OF SPINACH, and if that aint enough, drink a bottle of PRUNE JUICE, and i guarantee you will NOT be constipated. now listen; i'm 3/4-century old, and started having gut problems a few years ago - "diverticulitis" is HORRIBLE - i couldn't eat NUTS without them wreaking havoc on my guts, sometimes to a ridiculous extreme. WELL - one day i ran across an article talking about this stuff - so of course i had to try it - here's what i did: i took 6 the first day - 8 the next - staggered of course - not all at once. third and final day i only took 4 so i'd have plenty enough time between this detox and taking my doc prescribed meds. (i only take 2 md-meds) but here's the thing: this IS a DETOX - therefore, if you try to take your meds along with this stuff, it'll render your meds useless UNLESS you take your meds 2-hours BEFORE - or 2-hours AFTER you take these pills. i know two old folks like me who decided to try it after i "guinea-pigged" it, and they LOVE the results, as do i. SO - if you really and truly wish to DETOX your guts - use THIS STUFF. it's not a "colon-cleanse" - most of those things don't work anyway, but this is NOT THAT. this stuff detoxify's your guts, all the way through. i strongly suggest getting in as much as you can for 3 days. give it a couple to a few days, and do NOT be alarmed by black stools. it's charcoal, it's bound to cause darkening of the stool - no reason to be concerned. it's one of those; "sure can't hurt to try it" sorta things. i sure am glad i decided to give it a go. i'll always keep them for occasional detoxing.

I have purchased many activated charcoal pills and these are my favorite. They are great to take if you have had a little too much to drink. Also, you can use them as a binder in a detox protocol. Good for the first signs of food poisoning as well. you can break open the pill and use in a home made toothpaste mixture. very easy to use. Just take 2 with water because it can be dehydrating to take without water. There is no taste and does not give or take away energy.

Its a great binder for detoxing parasites and heavy metals.

Super easy to swallow and not too large in size. Unfortunately I can't take it anymore due to it potentially disabling the effects of my current medication which I didn't know beforehand (my fault) but definitely worth it if you don't have that issue!

I purchased this item because it’s pure and made from organic coconut shells. It’s my “just in case”supplement. Just in case we have some bad food at the restaurant or a stomach virus hits. it’s good to travel with.
