Dose this alarm clock have a sensor light and a black light?

The light only comes on when you press the button on top so it is a bit annoying at night

I’m a bit hard of hearing and need a loud alarm to wake me up. is this loud enough?

Personally I dont think it's loud enough for someone hard of hearing.

Does the alarm automatically turn itself off?

Yes it does. However Im having an issue with mine in that it keeps resetting itself in the night, even though I turned the satellite tracker thing off. I had no issues at the start but its driving me potty now. I'm not sure I can genuinely recommend it any more.

Does the clock make a beep when the light is pressed and is it only illuminated when the light button is pressed?

It doesn't beep, a slight click, that's all. The light is illuminated only when the button is pressed, but it stays lit for a very brief time. It is quite bright, you need to pop it under the covers if you don't want to wake your partner!
