Don't usually write reviews but having read the bad reviews of this unit (yet ordered anyway), I thought I would write one to try and provide some clarity. Number one, my unit arrived with a UK plug as you would expect, so no issues there. Number two, the instructions on setting the clock and the alarm time were perfectly clear and easy to follow. To be honest, I think I could have guessed it without the instructions - perhaps they have improved either the unit or instructions since previous reviews but regardless you should have no concerns on that front. My unit is completely operational and works exactly as advertised. The LED display has three settings - bright, not so bright and off, so it won't keep you awake at night glowing away. The snooze time is 9 minutes which is a little long for my liking but hey ho - it's not adjustable so I'll just need to adjust my routine!The buzzer is quite pleasant sounding and increases in volume as it beeps, which is nice. Or you can listen to the radio. Setting the presets is easy.The radio reception is not the greatest but clear enough for an alarm. Equally playing music on your phone through the line in works well but the speakers aren't the greatest quality - perfectly good enough for a short listen though.All in its a great wee unit for the price, easy to use, works well and nice to look at. I bought it as I needed a new alarm clock and liked the thought of being able to charge directly from the clock, saving me a plug, and the phone rest on the unit looks good too and saves a bit of space.

Brought this as a little treat and to ease charging with a separate wire. Opened and unpacked it this afternoon and very happy, easily configurable, already got bbc news on there, and great little docking station for my iPhone 5s, saves me now u plugging my charger everytime going up and down the stairs on a daily basis! Not tried the alarm yet but I’ll sort this tonight for tomorrow 😉 Worth the purchase! Did not show up blue text on clock when I took photo as phone is crap but otherwise identical to photos online!

This is a beautifully designed piece of equipment. It looks good, the buttons are easy to use and intuitive, and the provision of both a USB and an auxiliary slot is ideal. It wasn't an expensive piece of equipment, and overall I am pleased with it.When I first received the radio, it lost time over every 24 hour period, but after a week (in which I nearly sent it back) it settled and now keeps perfect time. My major disappointment, and the reason why I have only given it three stars, is the sound quality, because there is a distinct mains hum when the radio is on. As I often have the radio running quietly at night when I can't sleep I am very conscious of it. I have tried the aerial in all different directions, and it makes no difference. The only other disadvantage is that I can't charge my phone from the USB slot, and use the auxiliary port to play music from the phone at the same time, because interference noise is too great - but perhaps that is to be expected.

I think this a great piece of audio equipment. It is compact and easy to set up and use. As a senior citizen this is very important. I enjoy using it every day and it fulfils all is functions well. I charge my iPod and phone on it, listen to the radio ,and use the aux to amplify my iPod audio books. It looks nice and takes up very little space. It is great value for money.

Nice little clock radio ! ,brought it because it has a USB port which u wanted so I can charge my phone ! . It has a resting area so you can rest your phone against the supplied rest ! . Was easy to set up . Really like that you can turn the display of without affecting the alarm ! . Only complaint would be a lack of volume !. If you like your music loud or want a good loud alarm then this is not what you want ! , besides that at the money it's very good value for money ! .

Took a while to go through the set up, not as clear and straight forward, the alarm setting was confusing and could not be found on you tube either. Still not clear on the radio setting, again very confusing. The brightness has 3 settings, bright, dull - which is still very bright and off, i leave it off so i cannot see the time until the alarm goes off in the morning! The sound of the radio is very tinny and not best quality. Would have sent back if i hadnt ripped the box to shreds opening it. I wouldnt really recommend this

I needed a new radio alarm clock with USB charging port, this has both. It also holds my phone on top whilst charging. For me being able to dim or even turn off the time is great as during the night when I wake up I don’t want the brightness of the time to interrupt my sleep anymore than it has to be, so this function is great. It took me a few attempts to save my radio stations but once I got the hang of it, it was easy to do. Highly recommended for the price!

Far better than I was expecting. An excellent product. Great sound,nice that I can turn off the clock if I want to,but can see the time just by one click of a button.The delivery was excellent.Well packaged ,arrived before I was expecting. Far,far better than a similar item I had bought from Joom,who wouldnt stand by their guarantee,even though what I bought from then was broken.
